Food and server were exceptional. Ordered a drink from bar and arrived almost when done with my dinner. We did notice some food particles on out water drinking glasses. So we of course stopped using them.

Our reservation was ready when we got there so less than 5 minute wait. Our server was great! She was very attentive. However it took more than 30 minutes to receive our order. One of our party drove in 5 hours to meet with us. The appetizer combo was skimpy and expensive. The coleslaw and beans that come with dinner were not as we remembered them. The brisket was super dry. Lacked smoke flavor. The ribeye steak was cooked correctly however far overpriced. The steak burger was over cooked. The prices and quality of food did not match up. Over all a bit of a disappointment. We will definitely have to rethink our dinner choice for our next meeting.

Went to have dinner with my sister. Restaurant was 3/4 full. Service is very slow. Took anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes to get a drink. I have been here before and the food has been excellent, unfortunately this night the food was not as expected. Filet mignon was dry and baby back ribs were raw and chewy.

The restaurant didn’t seem to understand same day reservations. Our server was nice but inattentive. We had to flag her down at least 2-3 times.

The location is good Great ambiance and food. My husband liked it there.

We got there on time of our reservation and the lady in the Reception told us that we did not have a reservation. I show her the confirmation from open table and told us that They do not honor open table. I had to call the manager and finally after 30 minutes gave us a table. The lady in the reception was rude. I recommend not to use open table On this restaurant.

Definitely pricy, but also definitely worth it for maybe a once a month dinner with family if you are looking for "fancy" dinner. Also, a big place and enough servers around. Does take time for food to arrive to your table after ordering, but keep in mind they cook to order. So, just remember that and to order appetizers if you go there really hungry.

Recently service hasn't been great. Not too sure if it's the remodeling or what but it hasn't been very great for the past few months. The remodeling shouldn't be an excuse for bad service. We did a to go order a few months back, I got a bone in ribeye medium rare which was more like a blue rare. I had to finish cooking it at home. We had asked for an order of grilled jalapeños. I asked them when ordering by phone how many come in the order they said 1 so I asked for 4 then when opening up my food at home it was 4 containers of 4. So 16 total jalapeños. I said okay and blew it off. Next time we went it was dine in. I ordered the same steak same temperature and received it well done... Took it back and brought it back just right. The most recent time we went back was yesterday. My mom had ordered the 3 pieces of chicken which I believe was cajun, bbq, and grilled. They were all very salty. I'm a person who likes my salt but when I tried a tiny piece it was off the charts salty... They took it back and she choose the salmon instead which by the way was very delicious she said. She did have to wait an extra 15 minutes for that and she was actually the one who was most hungry. Neither of the two times we went for dine in did they offer a discount or free desert for these mistakes. Other places will admit their mistakes appoligize and give you a discount or desert. This place isn't cheap either. The porter house steak is over $60. This is so disappointing since we've gone to many great american steakhouses for decades and over the years spent thousands there... Simply not cool and most likely won't go back in a while...

This is the first time I’ve sent a steak back and asked for a refund. Had lunch here with my brother who asked for his steak medium cooked and got a well done steak, had to send it back twice because second time it was raw and third time was a charm. I asked for medium cooked and it came well done. Sent it back. When I got it back it was rare so I asked for refund. Despite this Stake House having trouble cooking the steak ,the sides were delicious and so was the cucumber drink. Honestly our server Luis made the best out of a disappointing situation. This place is a hit or miss, you can have a great experience or end up having to send back the steak.

It was packed very bad people that got there after us got served first we got are drinks hot 1st ones @ 2nd ones my kids orders were wrong my husband's @ mine were missing stuff it was not good manager said he get are drinks himself to get them cold was a lie could see are drinks just seating there for like 20min had to keep calling waiter @ asking for are stuff we got there with are reservations @ they said they had canceled them with out giving us a heads up
