I ordered a top sirloin medium rare. I was given a 7 bone thin cut piece of meat please reference the photo where the butter paper cup shows how thin the "steak" was...I'm insulting 7 bone thin cut its a better quality meat compared to what I was served. Also ladies and gentlemen please take that bottle of A1 out of circulation it might have made it back from pre Covid times. The bread was rock hard...much was left desired from my $33.25 lunch...Great American Steak"burger" you have fallen from my go to 5 star restaurant to please consider another steakhouse due to the quality of the food.
The menu is has a great selection. No matter if you order a ribeye, salmon, fish, not too mention the huge burgers, everything you order is excellent. Service is fast and friendly every time I come to this place. I highly recommend it.
Just wow. We tried a couple restaurants in El Paso and they were all bland. We almost wanted to give up and decided to try this place out. The cook on my blackened trout as well as the seasoning was spot on. My husband also agreed his steak was probably one of the best he's had. Even the pineapple slaw was good although at first I was skeptical.We finished with the brownie sundae( the texture was more like a cake but still good). The nice thing is they will donate the entire purchase price of the brownie sundae (or float) to their employees in need.The staff was awesome too can't say enough about this place.
Food was perfect. It more than made up for the waitstaff still shaking off the pandemic cobwebs. I had the 12oz prime and it was cooked perfectly. I especially loved the mashed potatoes and gravy. Mayve the portions of the sides can be a little more generous. A tiny blob of potatoes next to a massive steak looks funny to me.

We asked about the desserts more than once and no one helped us . I understand they are short handed but the service was horrible. Then we get the bill and they tell us oh we removed the burger from your tab. There is no way in hell that I was going to pay for food that I didn’t even touch. It’s a shame. No more Great American for us.

Ordered a Rib Eye steak it was over cooked. Staff was very friendly and replaced the meal. The meat was okay… for the price there are other options that El Paso can offer.
I love this place. I usually order a steak ceaser salad. The steak is cooked to order, and the dressing is so delicious. It's an oil based dressing with some lemon. It's yum. I especially love the parmesan cheese on this salad. And the bread that comes with the salad is my dessert. I love the bread.I also have enjoyed the fish bites. The appetizer size is perfect as a meal!Of the steakburgers are really good too!

The staff is excellent. The best artichoke and spinach appetizer we've tasted. Sirloins were perfectly done but were slightly overwhelmed by the seasoning (salty). Mashed potatoes are great and esparagus is exceptional.
