They say Rome wasn't built in a day. Well, my Monster of a PC was and its amazing. RTX 3090ti, 12th i9-12900k CPU, DDR5 RAM and of course with my Chewbacca. Nick, Michelle and the rest of the gang did an awesome job building this baby from the ground up. They are respectful and attentive to customer needs. I went in, told him my budget, the type of custom build I wanted it to be and he worked it out. I originally had the card a certain way but after taking it home, I opted to have it placed another angle and I called Nick up and he said to bring it over and it was done, even added an extra fan for me and all free of charge. I highly, highly recommend Glitch Gaming for PC builds. Will go to him for future PC needs, repairs and custom builds. When I tell you my PC is a monster, I'm not being extra or dramatic. It truly is in a league of its own and you can have one too.
“Glitch” is the PERFECT place to host a “Gamer’s Birthday” or a “Gaming Day” for your child that loves playing video games with their friends. My son has requested and celebrated his birthday twice at “Glitch!” The kids have an amazing time, the staff is super friendly and very accommodating. There is an area available to serve food / drinks/ cake etc… The adults can also sit and visit while enjoying delicious coffee from “The Hive Java Lounge”(connected to Glitch). Top-notch customer service all around. Check it out for yourself - it’s such a unique experience! Kids and adults will both surely enjoy!!

I've had nothing but a fantastic experience with Glitch. From buying video cards to repairing my fans, they've done supreme work and gotten me hooked up in time for Endwalker.
I got the owner to help finish a build but when I asked to get Windows pro they told me that I don't want the version, but instead want Windows Enterprise because it's "better." To some extent it is better, however I am not a business and I can't go out buying a new license every year or so and on top of that they owned my computer and could control it. Neither of these is desirable for a standard home owner. Their actual reasoning was that they had this license for their PCs already and just sold me their already existing license which was already paid for and could be used on a ton of computers. Scummy business practice even though I was telling them I just wanted a pro license.Once the license expired I called and told them that this was basically why I wanted pro and the guy told me he had no idea I wanted pro. Most frustrating interaction.Additionally they named my PC for me, which I didn't want or ask for and changing the name of the system's main user's name is not possible and the work around is tedious.Frustrating, and not worth the money. Their gaming stuff is alright. Coffee nearby is alright. The computer building stuff is not alright.
Pretty big place, lots a PC to rent out or I personally just bring my own Console to use the internet for downloads. Also they have Smash Bro tournaments if your into that
Nick keeps outdoing himself! Went to him last year for my first PC and was completely satisfied with the actual PC and the basic instructions on how to operate it. He’s made himself consistently available if you have any problems and his customer service leaves you confident in your ability to handle a PC. This year I got a new PC and so far it’s running beautifully! Always will be a returning customer!
Nick built a PC for my son and ensured it had Fortnite on it for him too. We had our son's 8th birthday party there and the whole staff was super helpful, kind and supportive. Everyone had an amazing time! We are bringing in our PS4s next to get fixed since the fans are SO LOUD. This place is amazing with affordable memberships as well! We love everything about Glitch!
