Place was at about 50% capacity, there were 4 servers going around. Not a single waiter came to our table the first 20 minutes after being seated. Horrible service.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. Ordered mac & cheese, the taste was amazing. The waitress said that it has some kind of secret sauce. Whatever it is was, it was absolutely delicious.
Waited at the front for about 7 min for a hostess to come. When seated we waited 20 minutes and no one greeted us or came for a drink order. Restaurant was not nearly full. As someone in customer service I rate this place a 1/10.
Tuna sashimi tasted great. Prices are within a mid to higher range for this type of dining experience. Service is awesome, really attentive staff!
NOT GOING BACK FOR A WHILE! We’ve been going to this restaurant for many years even during the pandemic. The food is consistently good and atmosphere is pleasant. We were shocked yesterday to have two of the youngest male waiters wearing no masks as they were serving people including us. Many customers were allowed in without masks. We didn’t feel safe and won’t return until things change. Too bad!
Server was rude. Forgot about us for 20 minutes before we were asked what we wanted to drink. He was rude when we finally did order, could not figure out what our party of 6 ordered. Still waiting for a correct ticket. Server threw our tickets at us and told us to figure it out. Isolated incident however will not be returning here anymore.
Great service! Chairs were very dirty though. Food was delicious. We had their house salad, definitely recommend it.
Wow. Have passed this place for years and never stopped in until today. A must. Phenomenal drink specials and exceptional food with kind servers and bartenders! I’ve found a new favorite.
