First time here but it certainly won't be the last. Great menu for a fast lunch or dinner. I'm very picky on chicken strips but these were fantastic! Not great or too crunchy. Also the shoestring French fries with the Freddy's seasoning salt were absolutely delicious ?. Didn't have custard this time but I'll go back soon for some. Oh, and very friendly and helpful workers. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience at Freddy's.
We enjoyed what we got. I got a chicken sandwich - which was good- only complaint would be it wasn't any where near the size of those steak burgers - which were also very good.And the best part was the custard. That is delicious. If there was any complaint about that one, I got the one that was supposed to have Reese's & pecans( if I'm not mistaken) however there was such a miniscule amount of crushed Reese's cup that was along the side of the dish. In fact, I looked because I thought they forgot to put in the Reese's. They could do a LOT better in that department. Want to get enough to get that flavor in more than 2 bites. But would definitely go again.
Stopped for an ice cream since it was a hot evening and this chick that i am with wanted an ice cream... here we are... not disappointed but this chick said it was too cold inside!!! Who the hell complains about that on a hot day???
The place looks okay, not well kept, bathroom is messy, food is delicious but all of the order was incorrect, while I was waiting for my food and then eating there were three customers that received their orders incorrectly. Furthermore, music was choppy and asked if they could please fix the problem but the cashier said there is nothing they can do and it does it very often. There definitely room for improvement at this location.
Freddy’s food still good, but location on east El Paso is not what you usually get from Freddy’s I’ve been to other places like Colorado or Dallas. Staff and cleanliness definitely worst. Not sure if just short staffed or a management issue. Definitely not what others are though….very dirty and chaotic and never used to see that
Well first of all we were in drive through second in line it took us 28 min to get out! Why? I don't understand that! My onion rings were cold hamburger was cold so it just sat there while guy chit chatted to driver in front of me? Sad I had to rate you 1 star only because last time burger was ok
We really enjoy the burgers and custard from this restaurant. Our first time eating at a Freddy's was in Missouri. We were more than thrilled when they opened in El Paso! Try it! You won't be disappointed. ?
While all fast food joints have gone to pre-cooking your food, Freddy’s is still grill to table. I love their shoe string fries and all the delicious condiments. They also have a generous military discount which is not offered at most places in El Paso. As for the staff, they are well trained and extremely courteous and professional.
I can’t really speak about the food cause I had Covid in August and my taste buds are not working. It looked fresh though and my kids loved it. My 24 year old daughter said the patty melt is better than whataburger. We visited on Valentine’s Day at around 8:15 pm I want to say that although it seemed they were short staffed Wow the crew’s attitude is Awesome! Very positive and patient plus polite. Super hardworking people! Good job girls and guys!
Happy New Year everyone! So it's Jan 1st and it's very cold, my boyfriend and I always go to the same place to eat however we decided that this year we would try different places and Freddy's was first (we put little papers in a jar and picked out) , I was super excited because I read good reviews. Being our first we got down to check the menu thoroughly, the young man taking our order was very nice and equally polite. I ordered the double without cheese and asked for large fries and my boyfriend ordered the patty melt meal and a chili cheese dog. We received our order pretty quick and man was I excited because I just wanted to go home and devour my meal but when we got home and opened our burgers it was a bit of a mess, both burgers were sloppily assembled but what really ticked me off was the meat, it was very dark and dry. The meats looked like they were not fresh at all, very tasteless! I know my meats because I manage a restaurant close by and honestly I never ever complain about any restaurants because this is an honest job and I understand there's bad days (only because an employee is not giving their all) but I have to say I'm very disappointed, I paid almost $30! When I saw the menu and all it has to offer I quickly thought this would be a great place to bring my family, the music is great and the place is cool but my apologies..never again!
