Excelent hand tossed pizzas from scratch baked in a brick oven can't get any better than that.

Was just their with my wife and place looks awesome and service is great. Even more importantly the FOOD is great!!!!! Good prices good food good service I'm surprised it wasn't packed not sure of people have heard of it
Been making pizza for about 6 years at both local and chain restaurants and I gotta say I was extremely pleased with my pie. Amazing. So delicious. Definitely recommend this place to all.

So last night I went to Green Tea massage because I wanted a foot massage but I had to wait almost an hour so I decided to go have dinner over at Forma pizzeria. And it was a great decision! It was delicious! I had the fruit berry salad with the all meat pizza it was so delicious and filling! I highly recommend it. The decor was beautiful and they have a lovely outdoor patio too. Go there and enjoy an amazing meal. Whatever you do, don’t try the peppercorn grinder trick.
I enjoyed the Del Mar and Prosciutto pizza along with a bottle of sangria, and you bet I am most definitely planning of going back. Food was more than delicious, and the staff was attentive and friendly. Perfect place for a date.
