Got a lettuce wrap, disappointed they use Iceberg lettuce, expected higher quality lettuce.The patty tasted good. Giving it a one star not on taste but the cost of the food.Prices dont make sense at all. 7 dollars for fries, common guys.You can do better than that.
The burger was good. Will not order the French fries next time. There is a good amount of ingredients to add to your burger. Chairs were not comfortable. You can't sit for long

There’s a dude here with colorful hair. He just gave me the best costumer service since the moment I walked in, this attitude is kind of rare at these places. He should get promoted or at least employee of the month. Lol.. See you man..

Sadly this is the last time I get food from five guys. The quality of the food has been diminishing for a while but my latest experience was downright bad. First, I ordered a pickup order at this location and it was somehow sent to a location in East El Paso and wasn’t allowed to cancel. I had to order again on the physical location and I realized what was in the bag wasn’t what I had ordered. The burger has very little bacon, no jalapeños, no grilled onion, no mustard. The lettuce wrapped bacon burger without mayo came as a bowl of just lettuce, tomato and meat with a TON of Mayo and no bacon (or any of the other add ons).TLDR: The service was horrible and the food isn’t what it used to be especially for how expensive it is. You are better of getting your food elsewhere
