Fire house is a great sandwich place, although a experience can make it bad. I don't know if all firehouse get welcome when customer walk in, but this one didn't acknowledge I was in store. The Odessa store was great at that... but anyways I had some problems in my visit, they couldn't add a survey code, also I redeem my rewards on app and it didn't show on their pos, so I didn't get it. Also they don't have the sauces on the counter, I love getting the hottest ones level 10 or 9. Anyways I do admire it was clean and stock and the workers were cleaning, the question is I'd would come back to this location? Probably not .
Great subs!! They may have less of a selection as compared to other companies, but it gives room to better quality subs.
Ordered online 4 subs. Was given estimated time and arrived ten minutes prior only to find subs were already sitting on a counter. Employee who handed me the bag was not wearing mask and possibly handling food. At home, found all subs cold and soggy (one was not per our ingredients). No dill pickles and no condiments or napkins. Filed survey per Firehouse email and asked to be contacted but seems like nobody cares...its been over a week. Won't be back. Buy local, try Brown Bag Deli.
I'm glad they support first responders and the place is very clean and everyone was nice and helpful. Somewhat pricey but I wouldn't have minded if the sandwich was better. I guess I expected it to taste better than subway at least to be honest.

Great sandwich. Selection of hot sauces is amazing
I was very pleased with this Firehouse location. This was my first visit and it was an exceptional experience. I had a medium hero sandwich and it was delicious, with tons of flavor. The restaurant was clean and very comfortable. The customer service from the associate at the register was not only courteous, but knowledgeable about the menu.
This is the worst location in El Paso. Every single time we order something it is wrong. Unfortunately, my husband keeps suggesting we give them the benefit of the doubt but after at least 3 times of receiving either the wrong order, incorrect item or flat out missing items I refuse to try them again. Luckily, no one has a serious allergy to the things left on that were specifically asked to be left off. Not to mention when you try to call and get it rectified either no one answers or they are absolutely no help. Also, good luck getting corporate to respond either.
Got my free medium sub for my bday :) employees were all nice and wished me a happy bday.
