The Firehouse subs are so yummy and delicious. I like the crunch that the bread had it was not real crunch but it was good. I got the Italian Sub and my honey he got the Hero Sandwich. We shared and yes Firehouse Subs are great and all the employee there are really nice and very friendly. I will continue going to buy the Subs. Gotta try them all.

Great subs...most importantly for the first time we ate the subs we ordered. They put stickers on the containers. Awesome surprise.

I am really disappointed in what I have witnessed. I confronted an employee who was filling the ice on the touchscreen fountain machine. He was carrying a container full of ice which was placed on the ground and used to pack the ice down the ice after the top was filled. There is no lid on this machine either meaning the top is exposed to outside elements which means cross-contamination.. Seriously dude? In a time like this? You need to be extremely vigilant in health and safety. Especially when around food and drinks. I will not be returning with my family. Do not lie to your customers. Both my wife and I watched you do it.
Just had the turkey bacon sub over all 7/10 , price was a Little expensive but the sub was good just one step above subway , but it was better. Downfall was the Mac and cheese skip it and get the chips or salad .
Ok not a fan of it they heated my sub didn’t like the hot lettuce or tomatoes

Usually get what I order, but not today. Sandwiches were good. Ordered one side salad. Either got someone else's or a poorly trained employee. Expected lettuce cheese tomato Cucumber bell pepper. Got some lettuce, about 5 pieces each of tomato, Cucumber, cheese banana peppers. No bell pepper. So sad.
