This location is wonderful.The service is fast the food is delicious.The waitress that was in charge of the section we were sitting at, her name was Myranda,She was very attentive with every table, and she was fast with your request.So far the best restaurants and restaurant service that I've received.
I wish I could've taken a picture of the plate when I got home. I ordered the combo #2 with an additional side. The portions were incredibly small from the six small strips of brisket, to the kids' sized coleslaw, Mac n cheese, and mashed potatoes. Not to mention only one cornbread muffin. I feel I definitely did not get my money's worth. I threw away almost $30
My wife and I had a great time with our grandson eating dinner at Famous Dave’s. The food was excellent. Our server was wonderful. Music was a little too loud had a hard time speaking to my wife.
Food was delicious. Our waitress Melissa was amazing and the sweetest. She made sure our orders were correct and kept checking in with us to make sure we didn’t need anything. She also kept our drink full at all times :) which is a plus for me. I will definitely be coming back!
We went and sat for about 15 mins and no server came to our table. I had to wave to someone to get their attention. They were also out of the main reason we went to eat, the ribs. So our dining experience wasn't as great but the atmosphere was great.
I was there today and I was extremely impressed with the service I had, our waiter Mark was so professional with greeting us and assuring us that we he would check on anything that we didn’t see on the menu, I watched the staff help each other and I was really shocked how polite they all are, the manager Jackie walked around asking if everything was ok in which it was, I watched her employees ask her questions and when I tell you I was very impressed about the service and how she is has her staff I am very impressed, the food was outstanding. I’m speechless.
I’ll first start off with our waiter was awesome and the host was super nice. The food was OK but definitely not like going to Rudy’s. In doing an order we requested four different beers that were listed on the menu but not one of them was available. I spoke to the manager and her only response was that the suppliers do not provide them to her. She was not friendly, she did not smile, and she made no effort to make other suggestions merely a face of take it or leave it. I definitely don’t see ourselves going back as it was not what I expected.
I ordered the 2 meat combo.... I got last night's left overs!. My spare ribs were burnt (only serve 4 slices) ....And by the way, they were drier and harder than beef yerky.. the chicken was also BURNT and overcooked, so dry i almost choked.The corn bread was good, cant really mess up on that.I am disappointed $30 for left over trash food. I tried to talk to supervisor and was told to call back. It's 12:18pm right now. ....DISSAPOINTED.
Don't give the option to give no stars. First time visiting, placed an order, waited 15 minutes, cashier asked what was we waiting for, told her she went to check on order and said it would be 10-15 minutes and we were like it had already been 15 minutes. So we said cancel the order, she went got manager we thought but he was general manager. All he could say is it will be another minute if you like to wait.....how much waiting does it take, No thank you cancel the order and give me a refund. Never again.
Great brisket, and I love the corn bread muffins!
