they have good service, good servers and the food gets hot to your table in a very descent amount of time. the fist for 2 is awesome. well serve and good atmosphere
Our server was very nice and informative and tentative the food came out in a timely manner and it was way more than we thought it would be. Enjoyed all the food well seasoned and hot. Can’t wait to go again to see if the second time around will be just as good.

My girlfriend and I had a great time there and the food was delicious, we got the feast for 2 which is more like for 3 people. The server was very attentive,happy and polite, she always made sure everything was ok with our order; you could tell she loves to work there.
Went to dinner last night with my brother, sister in law and nephew. I hadn't been to a Famous Dave's in years cause I didn't like the last visit I had. Well last night was a game changer. Kaitlyn is a real asset to your establishment. She greeted us with a friendly smile and suggested a great appetizer. She made sure we that we always had everything we needed and particularly for made a great dinner suggestion. Made the time with the family great.

last Friday i went to have dinner with my family and had a very pleasant experience. i was pleasantly greeted by the host Kevin. He was very professional well-groomed and a big smile. Then it continued with our waitress Ashley she knew everything on the menu and made some really good recommendations. She was on que with our food and provided excellent service. i can’t wait to have this same experience all over again.

On 12/30/2021 I scheduled a pickup order for 12/31/2021 at 4:30pm. On the day, I was told my order wasn't ready, that they were a little behind. I wouldn't have minded waiting 15-20 minutes. But I received my order 1hr and 20 min later, which seems a little extreme given that I had scheduled a pickup. In addition, I ordered the All Am. BBQ Feast, but there was no Brisket, it was all ribs, and the ribs weren't even ready because they were very tough. For $103.97, I expected better quality food, and the food I originally ordered. I have already left my comments on the online form (twice) and no one has even tried to contact me. This is ridiculous and I really wanted to rate a "0" but the lowest I can give is "1" star.
