Great food and service. Table ready when we arrived. Order taking quickly and food did not take long to get to us. Will continue to stop there.

We barely saw our server! It was NOT busy at all she just isn’t a good waitress. My grandson spilled his drink we cleaned it up but our napkin wrapped silverware was wet, she said she would bring us more silverware, our food finally came and we had no silverware she never came back to give us any, my daughter-in-law got up and walked over to where they were located and got our silverware for us!On our way out there were three employees at the front kiosk and none of them even said good bye, thank you, come back again……the food was ok though. I won’t be returning.
The manager Toby is forthcoming to address our issues with the dish and personally recooked the portion and brought it to me. On top he added a ice cream to signal his sincere gesture. The staff in this outlet went above & beyond to ensure our dinner experience was smooth and enjoyable!!My recommendation:1) Try 3 meat combo: Burnt ends, St. Louis-Style Spareribs, Texas Beef BrisketSides: Creamy Coleslaw, Wilbur Beans
A really good choice if you are looking for Bar be que in the El Paso area. Excellent St Louis style ribs, pulled pork as well as brisket. Corn bread muffins were excellent.
The two young girls at the door were really not into their job. No smiles, no thank you, not even helpful well trying to pay!!! The waitress Valerie was amazing and prompt on our service. Food was great! The first and last person you see should make you want to come back and they just didn’t ((front end))

We were visiting El Paso for football tournament from Phoenix, Arizona and saw that they had good reviews. It took them a long minute to sit us. And then we ordered our drinks however after ordering our drinks we were informed that they had no brisket or wings and then 5 minutes later they also had no cheese curds and then we asked our waitress to find out what else they don't have before we order and then we were told they also had no ribs and it was only 7:00pm and they close at 10pm.
I ordered to go 2 Big Slabs of St. Louis-Style Spareribs and each Slab comes with 2 sides.The sides were a joke. Each side came in a 4oz very small container. I thought I was playing Barbie House Food with these sides. I also ordered 2 bread puddings to go and the caramel syrup that usually comes in separate containers did not come in the to go bag. I noticed when I arrived home! Check before you leave from this location! These employees don’t take care of customers needs or on customers orders !!!! They don’t care !!!!
