First time impressions... good service, good ice cream, good price. Four stars because no one knew how to make the waffle cones their sign brags about on the way in.
This place is really gone done hill. Ice cream tasted rancid. Place was really dirty and the staff was rude. My grandson changed his mind last minute on the flavor of his ice cream and the young lady was visibly upset. I apologized to her for the inconvenience and not even a recognition afterwards. I need to find a better ice cream shop now that they lost my business forever. Your loss not mine. One thing is messing with me but don’t do it to my grandkids.
This place is amazing! The staff is really friendly and the ice cream is delicious! I will be coming again

We were there last night. The service was horrible. Not friendly at all. 2 girls and 1 guy just chilling, talking and did not even greet us or help us. They were not friendly at all, even when we were asking them questions. They all seem bothered we were there. Definitely not going back.
