Everytime my husband and I get coffee from here, it’s never right. The cappuccino is never a cappuccino, half foam and half drink. Latte is only milk with no coffee in it, and when we ask for unsweetened shots, we never get them in here. We have tried all drinks to get what we are looking for but they always get it wrong. Spend money to get a wrong drink everytime. I loved Dunkin for YEARS but after so many orders being wrong, we are going to Starbucks from now on.
Today I went through the drive-through after a I mistakenly thought the lobby was open at 6 am. I could hear the young lady at the drive through, "oh my gosh, there is this lady". Granted, I probably scared the girl because I walked up and asked if only the drive-through was open. So I jumped in my car, went through the drive-through and specifically indicated that I wanted 4 dozen donuts assorted except old-fashioned and napkins. I repeated myself 2 times. And as I imagined, they were about to give me 3 dozen donuts with assorted donuts among them. So I had to ask again to please not include the old-fashioned ones. And I also had to remind them about the napkins because they forgot. I never have this problem in the lobby. The 4 dozen donuts were for work. I don't recommend the drive-through. They need to work on customer service and communication.
This location has really gone down hill in the last few months. The afternoon crew is simply incompetent. Drink orders are frequently made incorrectly, with more milk/creamer and sugar than what is ordered. When I order a coffee with 1 milk and get handed something that is almost white and barely tastes like coffee, something is wrong. Management has to do something about the afternoon crew. The morning shift is amazing. There is an obvious difference.
Went last night around 7pm to get donuts and they only had 5 donuts in the shop?. When I asked the young lady when a fresh batch was going to be made, she said not until 2am. How can you run a 24hr donut shop without any donuts??♂️

Customer Service was fantastic. They got the order correct. Everything taste good. Love coming here for a quick coffee at a wonderful price.
It was very busy when I got there, so I understand having to wait, but there did not seem to be a system for them to get orders out properly. Some people had been waiting longer than I had. I also believe there was a manager helping with the orders, but she just kept throwing them on the counter instead of handing them to someone. I found it quite rude. The breakfast was good though.
This is the only 24 hour Dunkin' in the area. I go to this Dunkin around 1030 (yes, I'm aware it was late, but it's open 24 hours), and I pull up to the speaker in the drive thru. I ask to buy a dozen donuts, and the girl proceeds to tell me they're sold out of donuts, all of them. Why be open 24 hours but not have donuts?
I just visited and they are all out of doughnuts. This place doesn't make their own doughnuts. They get them shipped from the Yarbrough location apparently. That's what I was just told by the cashier. This DUNKIN Doughnuts on Edgmere doesn't make their own doughnuts in house. Next shipment is around 2am. Maybe that's why sometimes they're not fresh. Ridiculous!
The food is delicious and so are the drinks! The staff are very friendly in the afternoon/night. The only thing would be to always ask for light ice I ordered a large Chai latte and the drink was mostly ice.
