The idea of toast with humos n roasted tomatoes + avocado n roasted tomatoes is great. Tastes really good n an excellent alternative to breakfast. BUT they do not know how to handle a medium nor larger crowd of customers. The wait time is ridiculous for any type of drink. The manager had only one barista on Friday n Saturday morning. I'll keep going back cause I like the toast but I won't order any coffee
LOOKING FOR MARIA THE GM FROM THE DUNKING ON YARBROUGH. THE MANAGER, DESIREE, WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL 3/14/22 @ 750PM WITH MY DAUGHTER AND I. DESIREE (destiny is what my ticket says but a male attended me and had a girl name) GAVE 2 EMPLOYEES A VERY UGLY LOOK WHEN I GAVE MY ORDER AS IF SHE DIDNT WANT TO GET MY ORDER. ? TAKE A LOOK AT THE VIDEO. I WPULD LOVE TO SPEAK TO AN GM PLEASE. MY DAUGHTER AND I FELT SO OFFENDED AND VERY DISRESPECTED WHEN THERE WAS NO NEED. HONESTLY.. THIS LOCATION IS RUDE. The coworkers were arguing with each other saying “YOU SUCK BALLS” and “Mendiga” while they gave us watered down chocolate and day old bread. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION.
Waited 30 minutes for a three sandwiches two of which had raw dough. To make things worse it’s clear the staff had a lack of leadership, no one seemed to know what was going on.
This Dunkin Donuts location is by far the worst one in the city. The lack of customer service is astounding. It is obvious that there are some employees that just don’t want to work. However, those that do want to work and actually provide good customer service are exhausted and it’s obvious. It is rare to go in and find a decent selection of menu items. On one visit, there were no hot beverage selections available. For whatever reason, donut selection is always limited. I understand the pandemic has played a role but this was happening even before the pandemic.
I am surprised I came in today 12/3/21 for breakfast around 9am I had a $1.00 off coupon they explained to me what I can get I was expecting to wait 15 mins or more for my order because it was very busy as usual for The drive thru which I expect but no had my order right away I was very pleased with my order and the service the cashier was very friendly and helpful
Probably one of the worst managed DDs I've ever been to. The donuts here always either hard or on the verge of hardening up. They don't last very long after your purchase. Their selections are always minimal. Today 11/23/21, they only had one type of donut available, wth! A common occurrence we've encountered here. The 3 gentlemen working were great though, kudos to them.
Dunkin has the best coffee and donuts. About every other week I buy muffins and bagels. They are heaven
I love they MOCHA ICED COFFEE always on point and I love the people that work there GREAT customer service I love the app n punch card too...MY FAVORITE...
Service was terrible. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese wrap and glaze doughnut got a burt tortilla with cheese no bacon and a 4 day old doughnut.
