Poor service, i pretty much have to be there extra early every time because they are either really slow or mess up the order. Today i didn't have time to have them fix the order so i got a refund and the kid knowing i was in a rush took his sweet time giving me my money back, almost sarcastically inspecting the coins. The girl taking our order was rude, acted like we were dumb for not knowing that there's a difference between the refresher and a drink with coconut milk. Will go there again, but i will definitely stop just taking wrong orders in order to not cause a fuss.
The customer service at this location is always extremely rude every single time I've come here (which is rare), and the employees always have such a nasty attitude. I just ordered as usual and the guy angrily said, "NOT making food." If you don't like your job and are going to treat your customers like that, then leave! Simple as that, stop making others miserable ?♀️
Have not been to this location in over 1 year because of customer service. Thought I would give it a try today (4/24/22). Cashier was standing at the register talking/ flirting with her co worker, and was rude. Probably because I interrupted her convo. I asked for glazed munchkins and I got chocolate and blueberry( I should have checked) partially my fault. But good to know they did not listen to my request. And I didn’t get a receipt. ?. What happened to good customer service and quality check!? Won’t be going back any time soon.
Just ordered an avocado toast after a long night shift and NO BACON?! UGH. They didn't ask me if I wanted bacon. Are u supposed to ask for it? $3 for a piece of toast and I wanted it because it had bacon in the photo. Dang! The employees need to ask if u want it, if it actually comes with or without the bacon!! Seriously ? Not a good experience. I bought $15 bucks worth of donuts too
Bad accountability for donut freshness. Ordered some original donuts and they were stale, they still put them in the box. Make sure you check you donuts for freshness because they won't, at least the staff that was working when I was there
Dry nasty donuts, dry frosting.. no selection and horrible attitude from the attendant through the drive-thru.Never going back here again, switching to krispy Kreme right next door

They forgot to take one of my items during my order and then told me to wait in the parking lot for it. They never brought my food out and I sat there for 20 minutes. When I came in they just took my receipt and didn’t apologize. Then they made the food but it was freezing cold in the middle……. Pretty good start to my Sunday
We went through the drive thru this morning. It was fairly slow. What really bothered me was the fact that the window cashier had acrylic nails an inch and a half long. Doesn't Dunkin Donuts realize food handlers should not have nails that are breeding grounds for bacteria? There's no way those nails get clean with regular hand washing. I realize there are shortage of workers, especially in low paying jobs, but health and sanitation standards need to come first.
Great customer service. Coffee is hot and flavorful. I tried the Multigrain bagel with cream cheese for the first time. I recommend it toasted. Very pleased with my visit. 11:39am on a Thursday not busy at all. Thank you!
