Only complaint is parking lot is super small in front of Dunkin. Additional parking is available next to the gas station. Expect high traffic in the early morning hrs when people are going to work/school.Customer Service was ok. I stopped by on A Saturday after 5, not a huge selection on donuts & pastries

Donuts were fresh and they had a great variety available. The staff was sweet and very helpful.
Says theyre open 24hours daily....i show up at 12 everytime for my late night coffee run and suprise suprise theyre closed. Not sure if they just havent updated hours or the clerks are being lazy because last time we watched them cone off the drive through and stare at us as they lock the door. Two girls looked like they were with their manager egging him to close or something. This happens everynight despite being open and i onow they stay open because the first time i came at night they served me....so whats the deal?
9p.m. & only 3 types of donuts. Reciept says Destiny but whoever was at drive through was extremely rude. I must have really upset her that I tried to add a drink at the window. I know it's annoying my bad & apologized. I even waited as she hugged her friend across the counter. As she talked bent over bootie in the air she seemed real upset, as I said excuse me can I add a ice coffee. She came to the window with something in her eye cause that eye roll was intense. A differ girl came and gave me what seemed to be some watered down see through mess that TBH didn't trust to drink. We were the only vehicle there so I didn't think it would be that big of a deal.Do better Dunkin girl at the window don't like your job get another.
Quality of donuts have surely dropped. I remember them being delicious, fresh and very well made. Donuts seemed old and most probably were, they were not of good quality as in the past. That was then, this is now. Very disappointed and lost a lifetime customer.
Experienced bad customer service at the drive thru window by some girl name Angie. When we asked a question about donuts she answered very rudely to the point where my 12 year old said wow she sounds so mean and miserable.I gave her the benefit of the doubt maybe shes tired or something. Wrong that's her personality as I am driving up shes bashing another customer.She said thank you come again.No! Thank you, DON'T come again, stay home and make your own damm hot chocolate.That to me made me think what else does she say about customers.She was bashing customers with her friend. The sad part is little girl forgot to close the window. I heard everything!She also must of forgotten that she has a job because of us customers going there. Somebody truly needs to check her! It's very unprofessional and unpleasant to hear that mouth on her.My experience there was bad because of the poor customer service she gave.
Donut shop that had no donuts! Told the young lady that I can clearly see they had a whole bunch in the back. Her response was that donuts can't be released till the baker tells them to?. Makes NO SENSE! Also, she was rude!! So no donuts and the customer service was bad.
Great customer service. Very friendly and helpful. Donuts always fresh. I really like this Dunkin. The workers can even help you with suggestions and super kind.
I went in to buy donuts for all my guys working hard at the Fleet Maintenance Shop down the street, and one beverage for me. I wish they had a menu closer to the counter or somewhere in the eating area because it is so hard to read the screens high up on the wall behind the counter. That would make it easier for those of us who can't see that far. Since I couldn't make out what the beverage menu was, I just threw words together that turned out to be an iced coffee. I wish I could read their menu so I could try something new whenever I visit. Without having to hold up the line.
