Really wonderful staff. The gentleman that took my order was super friendly and on top of it. Then after I got the food, I realized only one of the donuts was the chocolate glaze my son liked. Id asked for 6 chocolate iced and didn’t realize that was different than the glazed. It was my mistake and the lady was so kind and gave me six chocolate glazed on top of what they had already given me and would not let me pay extra for it. Super super nice since that was totally my bad. Really great food all around too!

I went through drive thru and first of all they were limited with the selection of doughnuts. I ordered only from the selection they had. Once I get home there were only 2 of the doughnuts I ordered the rest were just whatever they decided to throw in th box . They were stale we ended up throwing them away . Had they told me they only had stale doughnuts and not the ones I ordered I would have not thrown my money away. I’d rather go to their competition from now on . Stay away from this Dunkin unisex you want stale disgusting doughnuts. Very poor customer service.
My friend and I (Martin Lechuga) were enjoying our day as usual and we decided to try an Iced Mocha and put a few more creams than the usual (2 is usual). He didn't drink it there and took it home and sent me a picture of it. Now he's in the hospital and is experiencing horrible stomach pain.
Always check your bag before you drive off. The order is wrong or someone else's the majority of the time. They also do not care about allergies.
Friendly service went at 9:30am on a Wednesday..... I got a signature latte with only half the signature on the front. Lol the Caramel is my favorite part and none to be found. Then my two donuts were not wrapped just dropped in the bag. What’s really going on?

My friend and I ordered a peach tea and a macha. My tea came first so we waited for his macha to be made. We waited for 10 minutes but with no results, so we asked the woman at the front where his macha went. Turns out they never made it, and she had to make it on the spot. Props to her for making it, but because of the service we were 10 minutes late to class. The drinks were nice, the service was irritating. I didn't give it 1 star because I knew how packed it was, but this was still ridiculous.
