The absolute most rude staff and grotesque location I've been to. Ulysses was just stiff and unfriendly and the female staff were the equivalent of high school stuck up and stink faced females. One just left our order on the opposite side counter (out of anyone's range) and just jokingly said to the girl I don't know why I put it over there. They were trying to figure out amongst themselves if it was an old order. Didn't even bother to ask or cal it out initially. By the time I noticed I was just watching them as one half attempted to read out the order. Stopped about halfway and walked away. Just continued to look with an attitude in our direction as we inspected the items. The cashier didn't ring up one of our sandwiches and the hashbrowns looked burnt and smashed. We didn't even bother reordering or asking or new ones because we were so digusyed by the staff and the lack of cleanliness of the establishment itself. They didn't even have napkins at the very least for us to wipe down the tables or anything. There were no more than 2 other groups of 3 there and about 5 9f them behind the counter but no one could bother checking on the dinning area ? Absolutely pathetic. I've been to other Dunkins across the county and this is by far the worst. Thank goodness we don't live in this area
This site doesn't make the donuts at the site. They get delivered from another site. The old fashioned which is my favorite is always hard to eat. We stopped around 9:45 and I ordered a special coffee. They don't make special coffee pass 9:00. So I ordered a regular coffee.
This Dunkin' is great. The food is good, service friendly & prompt, in contrast to the one on Hondo Pass & Dyer. There the donuts are dry & the employees indifferent at best & often downright rude. The Montana location - 5 stars; the Dyer location - 1 star.
This is the 3rd time in a row my coffee taste nasty ☹️The girls who take my order are always rude too.
They don't call out your order when it's ready. Your order sits on the counter until you realize you better check if it will be ready at some point. Poor service. Go to another location. ?
This Montana location desperately needs a new GM and AGM, back when I used to work for this location they were always on top of inventory as well as projected sales for donut orders. This establishment constantly runs out of product due to poor management..
Waited in line for 15 minutes ordered apple fritter, small coffee and an order of hash browns just to get hash ???? the thing is a Mgr prepared them for me. I WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER RECOMMEND or return
Bad service. Never coming back. Stay 10 minutes waiting to order. Didnt have quality donuts. 4 people working just talking. I was really upset!!! Really baddd service!!!
I dont understand why I keep coming back to Dunking on Montana. Never have any working Expresso machine always rude and how do I curry so many drinks. Out of a small order of 5 drinks to are correct, No dream Carrier provided.
Dunking is getting pretty bad have gone to a few dunking stores and they always get my order wrong a simple vanilla coffee with cream and sugar and they never add it. This Sunday 10/17/21 went to this location on Montana got to the window took 15 minutes for my order the girl in the red hair was very rude gave me my refresher but for got my coffee 15 minutes waiting in the window then to forget my coffee and for it to be wrong again. Dunking is getting bad
