Ordered 3 doughnuts on the app. Arrive at store, none of the doughnuts I want are available. That sucks but ok. Can I get my money back? We have other doughnuts available. Thanks, sorry but I dont like the other flavors. Can I please have my money back? You can call corporate and ask them. Scuse me? I paid for a product yall dont have and thats ok, but I should not have to get on the phone, wait on hold, push a bunch of buttons, and then MAYBE an hour later speak to a person. I would just like my money back. Its just if I refund you my change drawer will be off at the end of the night and that will be on me. Im sorry, and thats horrible store policy, and should be changed to affect corporate and not minimum wage employees, but I paid for a product you do not have and thus would like it returned. Simple, right? That part of customer service has not changed post pandemic, correct?
Horrible experience every time. The girl working the drive through intercom has bad attitude. I literally order the same thing every other day and this incompetent girl literally has the audacity to tell me my drink has been “discontinued for months now”. I asked for a simple iced caramel macchiato in decaf. I explained I got one literally yesterday and I’ve always gotten that drink made. She said we have never offered that drink in decaf and refused to even ask somebody else for assistance or offer another drink. She was so rude. They officially lost my business. I have had enough with staff not knowing their own menu.
Used DoorDash and delivery was fine however in store? Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and multiple items were incorrect. Clearly the order was hurried and poorly completed. El Paso is friendly but customer service is terrible
Went in earlier today for a small iced matcha latte and a majority of the staff was just goofing around and plainly neglecting they're work. Would not recommend a visit here
Every. Single. Time. I order donuts from this place they’re stale with black markings on them (im assuming and hoping from the rack they’re on). They’re never fresh. Ever. I miss the days when customer service actually meant something to these businesses.
Stopped in Dunkin in El Paso at Festival and Mesa. We had the best experience!! The manager Eric was super polite and helpful to the customers but I was SO impressed with how he spoke to his staff. He was so professional and treated them with the utmost respect. It was wonderful to see a young man representing himself and his employer so positively.
The donuts are always amazing and coffee isn't bad either, but I'm giving 4 stars because whenever I go in the staff will be making drinks and texting on their phones at the same time. I don't think that's appropriate. When I'm at work my phone has to be in my locker.
They are always out of something. If you're not gonna carry a certain item anymore then take the pictures and menu down. Don't leave it up there like people can order them. It's been a week since they've had some things and the menu board hasn't changed. Dunkin has gone way down hill. Time to start going somewhere else
Terrible! We’ve been going to this Dunkin Donuts several times a week for almost a year, and they get our order right MAYBE 50% of the time. It’s really bad. I don’t recommend.
My croissant was burned on my croissant, sausage and egg sandwich. Also, it didn't taste that good. It was soggy. I should've eaten at home.
