Yesterday was my first time trying this place and my whole experience was fantastic, the staff was so friendly and so patient since I took long to order I asked for some recommendation and the cashier was really sweet with her recommendations, I am looking forward to come back since the chicken pieces I ordered were delicious and the people who attended me were really friendly☺️
Food is always great! Once or twice we've gotten salsas that were no longer good so they should double check those before handing them to customers.Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the service, the drive thru girl has no manners. No please, thank you, you're welcome, not even a smile. Makes you feel like your presence or you going to buy there bothers her.
This place has some series issues. This is the 4th time that I’ve received bad service here. The first time they messed up my order and the manager did not believe that I had made an order had to go back with a picture in order to get any resolution wasting my time. I was understanding and thought maybe I should let it go so I did and still tipped them. Then it happened 2 more times the same way and they blamed me saying I should have read my order better when in past instances I would address my order looked wrong and they said don’t worry about it. And the time I don’t worry they mess it up. And then I had to jump through hoops to even get it remade. And today I went on my better judgement and I get my food and it was horrifically dry chicken and the tortillas were hard on the edges. I’m not even going to bother calling anymore because it will just end with me getting blamed and having to go through a whole ordeal with this place again. And I still tipped either way…. Will not be going here anymore.
If you're looking for great-tasting (non-greasy) chicken, this is the place. Reasonably priced food and drinks and very clean facility. The employees are a bit deficient in customer friendliness but it's a generational thing. This is a good place to take the family.
My husband & I enjoyed lunch at this location a couple of days ago. We usually get burgers, but decided on something different this time. I had the best grilled chicken sandwich ever & hubby tried the beef quesadilla. Both delicious! The cleanliness of the place was very nice, too. The biggest plus was the courteous, friendly staff of young people! You guys, please tip generously whenever you can because there are some hard working kids out here who really deserve it. ✌??
Ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was really greasy. The music was ridiculously loud and can't have a conversation. The employees are very nice .
How is it that you don't have chicken ready at 7pm? It's dinner and they tell me I have to wait 15 minutes in drive thru!!! You're a restaurant who's main item is Chicken ?♂️ I'm sorry but thats unacceptable in my opinion. Yes restaurants have been struggling with staff shortages and what not but if it means not being able to have food ready, maybe it's time to consider cutting back days being open in order to spread the staff out properly to help ?♂️
A couple days ago I was eating in Don Carbon on Mesa, I ate a beef fajitas with macarroni salad and rice, sincerely it was one of my best meals that I ever taste in a fast food restaurant. When I was eating there they were gentle with me, specially a waiter named Yasaira.
The chicken is delicious. Much more flavor than the national franchise El Pollo Loco. Four stars due to under cook chicken on some occasions.
Very good chicken! Unique flavor for sure, don't forget to add the pickerel onions, gives it the kick.
