The chicken was cold and the rest was great just the chicken was very cooooold
This was my first time and I’ve heard great things about Don Carbon so I was excited to try it but it could have been better. Got the carbon combo and the chicken was pretty dry. Charros were good in flavor but they were lukewarm. The baked potato was a sad little guy. Had to have been old and was barely warm instead of piping hot. The cheese on it was unable to melt due to the low temp.Tortillas were also cold. Salsas were good as well as the pickled onions. The quality of the food would have been much higher and tastier if it would have been hot and fresh. I’m hoping they were just having an off day. I’m willing to give another location another try.
Great place for the rotisserie lovers! Took my husband to try something different and he liked it enough to go back. Nice staff here. Order your food at the counter, then they bring it to your table.
Drove in from a long trip from Southern California. Stopped at this place order food. I got half way through eating and felt something weird in my mouth. I pulled it out and had a dammm rubber band that came from either the rice or macaroni salad. Told the manager and she said “oh I will look into it” Didn’t offer a refund or anything. Needless to say we will never eat her and will never recommend this place. Secondly the manager took the rubber band out of my hand. This just came out of my mouth and still had food on it. Disgusting she picked it up with her bare hands. I’m just disgusted and I feel grossed out
The food is good but, customer service really bad. I order a meal that is don carbon family meal.I ask the lady for 6 plates and 6 forks.And the lady refused to give me plates.She said she could only give 3 plates.I ask her why? She said she was sorry but that was all she could give me.That incident happened in the drive through. I guess if I eat inside the restaurant they would give us one plate for the 6 of us. I had a really bad experience for the issue..i recommend for management to takeA look at this. And do something about it.
Order some chicken today and it wasn’t good at all…it was dry, no taste and the pieces are gettin smaller with time…when before we would go the chicken was really good and the beans have always been delicious…idk about that rice tho it has no taste…I wish they would pay more attention to the chicken and not dry it out
Fries tasty,but I couldn't find any charbroil flavor in the chicken sandwich.
Very clean restaurant and friendly staff! I didn’t know what to expect but I was surprised with the great flavor, especially the chicken. Their baked potatoes are delicious as well.
Delicious grilled on the coals chicken. The macaroni salad is out of this world.
Horrific customer service, as there was no attention nor concern for our order being wrong.
