Won’t be coming back due to very slow service and had a very bad attitude
My daughters devoured the Shaved ice! First time trying the crepes and it was not what I expected! They were very delicious and super stuffed a lot of strawberries and ice cream! I definitely recommend!
I bought the elote choreado for my daughter. She thought it was delicious so I did not complain about paying 8.50 for the little amount of food, but really should they be so stingy? Going to find me another place to buy snacks that gives you what you pay for ?
1st time at Diegos Ice for shaved ice and a crepe. We were not disappointed. Granddaughter loved the Cotton Candy with cream shaved ice. My grandson ordered a Tigers Blood with creme. I ordered the Lemon Crepe....mmmm!

I like things place to for its small business and good food somewhere I can get and enjoy their stuffed hotdog with some many things to add on and raspas too!

Usually not one to do this but it was mine and my boyfriends first ever time purchasing Diego’s Ice. We were super satisfied until I was about halfways with my shaved ice and I decided to look at my spoon just to find out there was a fly/bug at the bottom of my shaved ice. I happened to pick it up in the spoonful that I was about to put in my mouth. We instantly called and the phone just rang & rang. Decided to text the number and they called us back- was super respectful with the manager or whoever the male was until he doubted that such thing would ever happen. He was laughing the whole time. He claims he makes the shaved ice himself when he was outside on the phone the whole time we were waiting in line and ordering. Horrible management. I could care less about my refund or free anything at that point I just wanted to warn them so that they would be careful for future customers.
Great place to go for snacks and the crepes are DELICIOUS!!??? Customer service is EXCEPTIONAL. No better place to go, you’ll absolutely love it, anyone who says otherwise is wrong!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
