Ordered over $100 of food. 35 minutes later the door dash driver called me saying their “fryer was broke” so none of the wings, fries, or kids chicken tender could be cooked. I asked why the door dash driver is calling me and not the restaurant. The manager then gets on the door dashers phone and proceeds to tell me half the order couldn’t be cooked. I asked for a refund on that and he said ok but they’re understaffed and couldn’t tell me how much would be refunded. He then told me less than 10 mins for them to swap out a few side items since fries couldn’t be cooked. 45 mins later we got our food and it was BLAND, FAT, and overall nasty. The worse BBQ we’ve had! I would not recommend this place. Just hope I actually get refunded the items they couldn’t cook……

Came here with my boyfriend as he and his coworkers highly recommended it, service was alright the server was very soft spoken which was hard to hear over the music. The main issue we had was that there were flying BUGS around the soft drink station and they ended up flying towards our table and all the servers did were sweep the bugs up which just caused them to fly around even more. Very disgusting and disappointing.
Last Thursday I purchased $240 worth of food from this place. Their fryer broke down and they were unable to fill part of my order. They allowed me to pick different sides and compensated the inconvenience by giving me four coupons for a free pulled pork sandwich. Today my husband and I went in to redeem 2 of these coupons as well as order more food. The gentleman taking my order told me we could only redeem one coupon. I informed him that it would be different transactions and asked if I could speak to the manager. Another gentleman read the coupon and reiterated that we would only be able to redeem one. That is not what the coupon says. The coupon says "limit one per transaction" NOT limit one per family. Bad business especially after spending so much money there 4 days ago. They won't be getting another large order from me.
Living in North Dallas for several years i miss me some Dickey's BBQ, I didn't know we had one here in El Paso. My wife and I were headed to a gathering with family and had no time to prepare anything. Usually you have to call the day before to get large order, but they made an exception. They came through! Had an amazing pulled pork sandwich with mac/cheese and green beans. Great.. the competition plate looked amazing as my friend devoured it. The fully loaded potatoes looked good but the potatoes was a little under cooked. But still tasted good. The lemon peppers wings are amazing. I would recommend ? everything was great. The 2 young gentleman were very courteous.
First visit to the new location in Deming, NM.Received Caesar Salad with no dressing!Ordered the Westerner; turkey was great brisket had too much grissel.Had to ask for BBQ sauce.Prices do not reflect quality!!

Great food and friendly servers. Brisket pit dip was very moist and waffle fries was delicious.
I Love the food. It's always delicious. The sweet tea is the best. The dine in service a little slow but that's understandable with only 3 people working filling to go orders and online orders. Definitely recommend.
