Today I ordered the chicken fried chicken. The server was very nice extremely young girl I would say she’s probably 17 years old. She was trying so hard and I think she did a pretty good job providing good service. If I sit down in a restaurant usually means I just wanna relax and I don’t wanna be stressed. If I come to your restaurant I expect to get good service especially if you were to get a tip. But today I did not leave a tip. Not because she was a bad server because she was a good server. This is the third time I have been to this Denny’s and the first two times and this time these people do not feel the need to rinse their dishes off after they wash them with soap. I can taste soap in the food that they serve me. I told them when I went to pay for the bill but she still charged me full price. Denny’s has gone downhill they used to be a good restaurant but the food has Become more like fast food and the quality has gone in the toilet. Somebody over there in corporate needs to wake up because they’re sleeping on the job. Won’t be coming back again. And by the way rinse your dishes off after you wash them.

Horrible dinner experience. First, ordered sweet tea, and it was old. I drink tea all the time, and certainly can tell the difference between fresh and stale. Secondly, my wife ordered the salmon dinner. It was overcooked the first time, sent it back, and the refire was overcooked as well. If a cook or "chef" can't cook salmon, they need to find another line of work. I ordered the chicken fried steak, and it was ok, however both my wife and I ordered a double order of zucchini, and ended up with a single order on both our plates. This is the second time we've had this issue with salmon. This happened before at another location, but the refire was amazing. Tired of the hit and miss with Denny's, we won't be back to any of them anytime soon. Good luck...
0 stars! Im only putting 1 cause i have to! I came a week ago and they weren’t serving anything on the menu but burgers, we agreed to stay since we were starving! We got our food and the burgers were missing ingredients, the server never came to check up on us.. we got so upset! Today, we decided to give it another shot, and they greeted us with an attitude. When we arrived there was a poster saying open 24/7 but when we came in they said they were closed. It was 9pm. There was people in the restaurant & they claimed to have no staff, when we clearly saw them sitting down in the corner table.
Had a great experience at Dennys off Horizon. I’m visiting from out of town and staff was so friendly and kind. Carlos our server was an amazing guy. He was so funny and friendly. Has excellent customer service and we never had to ask for refills cause he was so on top of things. I give them a 5 star for amazing service and great food.
Our server Brittanie did an Excellent job ? ?. For the first part of the time we were there, she was the only server and running around helping everyone out. She did great ?.The steak I ordered the T-bone steak and it was good but came out a good bit thinner than what the menu shows. Other than that our food was good. The steak being thin wasn't our servers fault at all.

Great experience, I was seated almost as soon as I walked in and everything was super clean. Best part was our server Brittanie. She was super friendly and really knowledgeable on the best items to order. Overall the customer service she provided was amazing and she's the reason ill be back!
Carlos is my go to server whenever I’m in town! I’ve been going to this Dennys since they first opened in 2011 and he has always been the one who serves me. Great customer service skills. Very attentive to all his customers. I would highly recommend anyone asking for him as your server.
Dennys overall is clean and well kept. The food is great and the coffee is always warm and filled.I ABSOLUTELY love Denny’s staff but most especially Carlos. He is absolutely a friendly and outgoing soul.If you ever stop in ask for Carlos! ❤️
