Ordered food to go, food looked disgusting.Along with that they missed portions for our order and said they couldn't refund it but could just credit us something next time we were in the area.These were the pancake poppers, they look like burnt chicken

Me and sis in law stopped after picking her up from airport, we were hungry and wanted breakfast. Server came and took our order I ordered French toast, bacon and fruit, sis in law got chocolate chip and banana pancakes, eggs and hash browns, server brought our food and gives me pancakes and eggs and hash browns got my sis in laws order right I told her this is not what I ordered she said your right she brings my bacon and fruit and says the French toast isn’t ready.. hmm maybe because she didn’t put in my correct order? French toast finally came and it was soggy and by the time she brought it my sis in law was done with her food. ? do not recommend this location.

Where to start. We brought one meal before the appetizer which makes no sense. One of our burgers had the end piece of a tomatoe only which even had the green stem still attached and ok’d rotten brown onion slices. If that wasn’t bad enough half way through the meal I saw what I initially thought to be a couple flies on the chair behind my husband which I realized was COCKROACHES!!! Several!!! We left the food and walked up to manager. He was kind enough to not allow us to pay but still the fact remains there were several roaches trying to join us for dinner. The manager even mentioned they knew about this infestation and been trying to deal with it. What the heck??? You close at 11 pm. Close it up and have the place professionally fumigated!!! Do better Denny’s. This was a very disgusting experience!!
Unbelievable that this place is still in business. Poor hygiene, poor food preparation. Chairs &;Booths need to be repair or remodeled sitting part of the chairs & booths are torn. All employees sitting down taking a break while tables are dirty with dishes & trash. More flies inside the restaurant than outside. Leaking ceiling making the restaurant a hazardous place to eat. Bad customer service.
In terms of how it started, was nice as we got seated and started our drinks. When they took our order, we waited over 45 minutes to receive the order while everyone around us got theirs. Food was cold and service became worst when he checked on us barely once or twice at most. I understand they looked short staff but, service and food was bad. Won't be going back to this location for this honest reason.
