Went to get lunch and blizzards everytime I would order I would say large oreo blizzard, large reeses blizzard, mini ect. And each and everytime the guy would say what size and then he spoke so fast abs mumbled you could understand anything he was saying. He got my mini strawberry cheese quake wrong and then didn't even ring up my grilled chicken sandwich also tried to have us leave without all our stuff. They either need to train better or hire better because the whole experience was frustrating ? we went thru the drive thru on 3/1 at noon
Went cheap on my order. My banana split only had half of a banana. Then the blizzard didn't mix well, it was mostly vanilla. The people looked overworked and stressed out.
The gentleman helping had no manners at all. No thank you's, no yes mam and I kept having to repeat everything up to 3xs!He was very lucky I didn't get upset and to show him a thing or two about customer service!!I also kept asking him for the prices of the Dilly bars and the Nut Parfait pops and asked him three times also because he kept giving me a price of..."I think around $7.99" so I asked again..."what are the prices for the Dilly bar's & the Parfait pop's?" Again he answered, "I think $7.99 and I think $12.99!"?♀️
I have been coming to this place for a long time. Looks nice. Great people.There is food, but I like the ice cream ??.
2 words: Taco Tuesday. DQ is known for ice cream and burgers, but the Texas Tacos are the reason I visit. Not the typical greasy taco, but the hardshell taco with lettuce and cheese. And the salsa that comes with the order is legit.
