Great ice cream and atmosphere!
I went and ordered a belt buster and a steak fingers basket. When I got home I noticed the steak fingers had the breading falling off and had no taste. The gravy was all lumpy instead of creamy. The beltbusters bread was real dry and breaking as I picked the burger up. All in all I thought I got someone else's food that was left over from earlier in the day. It seemed as if it was placed in the microwave to get warmed up in order to get rid of it. I placed everything back in the bag and threw it away. I didn't even give it to my dogs, it was that bad. Never going to the DQ at Fairbanks and Rushing again.
Lady manager was so rude. Asked for her district manager and she kicked me out. One of the young women there (17 years old) works at the cashier & told me I had to sit somewhere else (no where else to sit) & she told me "well you need to figure it out) gave me attitude and I tried to report her to her manager & that's when they kicked me out. Super ghetto.
Just wasted my time sitting at the order here speaker for 10 mins, without being acknowledged. Line of cars out to the street behind us, most just left after a while. I finally gave up, realizing Dairy Queen didn’t want to take my order, even though the 2 cars in front of me were already around the corner to the window. Could have said anything to me “please wait” “we will be with you in a minute” anything so I knew you were still open, but no, there didn’t seem to be anyone on the other side of the speaker. Take your business elsewhere, this DQ doesn’t care about their customers
I usually only go for ice cream, but today I decided to give the food a try. I ordered a triple buster burger and omg that was the biggest burger I’ve ever had. It was delicious. It hit the spot in every possible aspect.
Went there on Friday 3-18-22. Service was horrible. The employees they have there, are not taking care of the business or customers. Their attitude was almost combative when I asked if they could re-do a sundae because they don’t put cherries on them any longer. They put cherry topping. Not the same. I just left for fear that they would do something to my food if they re-made it. No greeting, no thank you and not friendly. Emailed the address listed on the receipt with pictures and no response yet. Get your ice cream somewhere else. This business doesn’t deserve my patronage ever again.
We went to the dairy queen on fairbanks.They forgot to give us a chicken strip meal, but I checked the order in the store, so we were able to get the chicken, he brought a box and said they were our tacos, I should have checked, but I thought he knew what he was doing. They we not our tacos, but more chicken strips. So our food got cold while we had to wait for chicken. And didn't get tacos. Bad service!ordered s sundaes
It's all good and fresh. Best chicken tenders! Significantly better than whataburger who is usually disappointing with chewy tenders. Ice cream is a DQ original. Never disappoint.
Don't go here if you don't want to sit in the drive-through line for 30 minutes or if you want chocolate ice cream. They only have vanilla. It was lovely to wait that long to find out we couldn't even order chocolate ice cream.
Had a hunger buster meal ordered and the bread was all moldy. I had called the manager to see if I could replace it and she had told me yes. She didn’t tell me how long I had, but it’s not like I come to DQ every day. ??♀️ Two weeks later I came to get some ice cream and ask to get that meal replaced and the manager told me no. I only have three days to replace. Would have been nice if I would’ve known that. So from now on, if it’s not ice cream I’m not getting any kind of food from DQ. And I get restaurant is busy and there are limited employees, but at east acknowledge the customers and let them know you be with them in a minute.
