Always great food and environment.
Great place and the food is delicious. Staff is friendly and attentive. We come often to eat here and have never had a bad experience and prices are great. I would have given it 5 stars but on this last visit I just found out that they did away with my favorite dish which was the catfish dinner. Pretty bummed about it but overall great place to come and eat.
Can always count on Cracker Barrel food to be good! And every Cracker Barrel is the same! Friendly servers/staff
Good prices, good food. Nice that we get to shop around while we wait to be called to our table.Nice variety of clothing. It would be nice if you had Dressing Rooms so we can try them on.With reference to the products you sell, the Key Chain products are outdated. How about some Automobile Fresheners? The ones you hang on the Rear View Mirror. Maybe some with scripture on them.
We arrived for a late breakfast March 28 around 11:45 am. The hostess Lindsay helped make our 49 minute wait bearable. She kept us abreast of the number of people ahead of us. Even though there were many people continuing to come in, she always had a smile and very cordial. The restaurant was shorthanded, so, she also helped wipe the tables. Our server Albert was also super nicr with us by also maintaining a smile and very friendly even though hustling to serve a full house. Kudos to these two super performers. Management should acknowledge these two for their outstanding performance.
My girlfriend and I ordered 2 chicken dinner plates from here this evening and had it delivered by Door dash. We have eaten at this location many times in the past with no problems. Today the chicken was over cooked and the mashed potatoes were hard like they were a week old. My chicken dinner had 1 thigh, 1 drumstick, and 2 wings. No chicken breast at all. My girlfriends dinner had 1 breast, 1 wing and what looked like breading and that was all. She also had what appeared to be week old mashed potatoes. She called and talked to Ray, the manager of Cracker Barrel and he could not care less. He said it was Door Dash's responsibility to make sure the order was correct. REALLY? What happened to COVID protocol which says a 3rd party cannot open up an order? Remember CONTACTLESS orders? Ray then went on to say he could not do anything other than use this as a learning experience . That is not any way to treat paying customers who just threw away around $40 for mediocre what seemed to be left over food. Be careful if you order from this location because they can unload the lunch leftovers on people and then blame Door Dash even though it is not their fault. This Manager should be demoted to dishwasher. Tomorrow we will try to get in touch with his corporate bosses.
Visited on Valentine's Day. Party of six in our group. We didn't wait more than 15 minutes to be seated. A plus. The waiter was nice and proficient a second plus. When we got our food, there were double plates with pecan pancakes on our table. Would have been great if two people in our group weren't allergic to pecans. The biscuits and hash browns were very dry and bland. It wasn't worth the 45 minute drive to get there. Truly disappointed.
Love the atmosphere, staff and food
The food was great and the service was good. The only thing that kind of lagged was the wait time to get seated. But it's that good that so many people want to try it. I will recommend anybody that's in the area to give it a shot
I went here with my dad. The manger doesn't care when i wanted to talk to her. She walked away. The pork sausage wasn't cooked all the way. I sent it back. Was expecting the second plate to be better. No the bacon was half cooked and half raw. The waiter was going to talk to the manger. But that took forever so end up paying $30 for food that wasn't cooked or tasted great. I'll never come here agan!
