Got take out from Corralitos on Doniphan with my husband. Ordered a salad and this was the majority of what in my salad depicted below. They made my husband wait for the food even though we came at the time they told us, his burger was cold. Paid for 2 desserts and they didn’t put the dessert inside the bags. Good thing my husband checked it.
The Phoenix has Risen!!!Two yrs ago had a very bad experience at this place haven’t visited until now. Today they have risen from the ashes.Ate alone. Was seated in a quiet place. The service was 100% amazing. The food was hot and tasty, and my Porter steak was cooked perfectly rare.Only down sides were some mess ups: my appetizer was boxed. But to make up for the mess up Manager came to my table to visit and apologize. Very happy with their return ???
My wife, kids and I along with my sister and her family too my parents for their 50th anniversary to dinner. Service was terrible and to top ot off they deliberately forgot to bring my wife her food until when everyone was done with their food. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.
My daughter wanted to celebrate her birthday here so I made a reservation for a table of six. When I got to the restaurant they had the table ready which was awesome. Vanessa was our server and she was great! She was on top of our drinks and kept us happy. It was pretty slammed but she managed to provide great service. We were all very happy overall. The food was excellent. We had ribeye and empanadas for an appetizer. They brought her cake and sang happy birthday. It was a great experience.*****5/7/22–Since our first visit for my daughter’s birthday the second one for my sister’s graduation was not the best. That was more of a 2 star. There were issues with the food and had to send it back. There is a tortilla chip policy that you are limited to so many per table. There was only one bartender and we were warned by the server that it would take a while for drinks to come out. The server was stressed out. We don’t plan to have anymore gatherings here since the price is so high and the service is a hit and miss.
Stopped in for brunch wanted to order the steak and eggs breakfast but when asking how I wanted my steak cooked due to being a little thin I asked to sub the Thin steak for the rib eye . Our waiter had me order the rib eye and just added the eggs beans and potatoes which was more cost effective. I love a good/great steak and was so happy with this option . This meal was one of my most enjoyable meals on vacation . In addition our waiter was Gaspar and he was a joy to have him serve us . Very professional and friendly he made sure we were happy and enjoying our meal made sure our water and coffee glasses never was empty he also made great suggestions. Having great food combined with great service is a rare treat . Will look forward to returning here next time I visit my family for vacation .
We had dinner with the primos after their Mom's funeral. I had the shrimp with mushrooms. Very good. And our primos loved it. The primos came from out of town and had never been there.
Great breakfast experience this morning! Celebrating our 48th, hubby took us to Corralitos. I had French toast, he had the three-meat omelette--very good! We've been here for breakfast and lunch several times and the food and service never fails to please. The ambiance is conducive to a relaxed and enjoyable meal. And, until the end of February, they're promoting a 2 for 1 breakfast from 8:00 to 9:30! You've got to go!
Haven't been here myself but used to live in El Paso and friends who still live here say it's very good ! On the West side of town ! Pricey !
If there was -0 stars it would still be rated too high. Where to begin??? Horrible service. Arrogant wait staff. Slow slow slow. All five dinners came out at different times. Zero care or hospitality. Enchiladas came out cold with unmelted cheese. A disaster. Add to that wayyyy overpriced. No mas!!!
Took a long time to get served. Granted it was Valentine’s Day. The worse part was getting a 16 is steak that consisted of 7 oz if fat that we trimmed off leaving us with a smaller piece that was edible. See pix. Talking to the manager was fruitless. Nothing was offered in the way of trying to make up for this. Just saying that this was the way it is. We have ordered this piece before and it wasn’t close to being this bad. It’s a pity since previous to this we really liked coming here.
