The ice cream is good I just think if the male employees have long hair they should be required to wear at least their hair up. One of the male employees had long hair and it was loose and it looked un kept I didn’t want to be rude but I wouldn’t want him helping me and I definitely wouldn’t want his hair in my food. It made the place look bad. Yes it was a busy time but it takes less than five seconds to put your hair up. Specially if you work with people’s food you should look a little more professional
First time visiting a Cold Stone location. Upon arriving , place was clean and organized. The place is extremely cold, to cold to even eat inside. They should really look into having a table or two outside. Aside from that, Manager and Staff were friendly and eager to help. My ice cream was delicious as well. Thank you!
If you shop at the Albertson's grocery store next door, you may get a 2 for 1 coupon and that's a great reason to visit Coldstone. ? Founder's Favorite and Chocolate Delight are great choices. ? I'm also thinking I may have to try a delicious ice cream cake in the future. Friendly, fast service. Thanks!
Walked in with my son, at 4:15, place was completely empty, the girl working there didn’t acknowledge us. My son picked out his flavor and we waited for her to assist us, take our order……. something???? There was a guy there fixing cable wires or something and HE even noticed we were getting blown off!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! I’ll never go back, nor would I recommend going just to get blown off!
My kids and I tried this place out and I'm so glad we did. We've gone twice and both times the staff was very friendly. They were very patient with us as we were having a hard time deciding which flavors to get. They offered us samples. Everything we tried tasted so good. Everything was delicious. Thank you!!
Great ice cream just a little complaint about the shakes make sure that's doesn't come with metal pieces . I got today one shake and it comes with pieces of iron . At least I'm big enough to realize that it's not good . I can't imagine a kid that can died because of it . Anyways I loves this place ice cream
I wish I can give them 1 start i orde trough the page and order no chocolate hit bar but here we going people don't read the order right and here I'm at home not able to eat my ice cream because someone don't read . Because I'm allergies to the chocolate ..never again better mc Donald mc flurry at least they give my order right

Shout out to Bella, not just a Cold Stone employee, but an ice cream artiste…. I walked in three minutes before closing time to be greeted with a still highly motivated “hey, welcome” and proceeded to order multiple items, all turned out amazing and then, as I was paying, this employee took the most immense care to make sure that my food was properly packaged before I was on my way. Shout out to Bella and Cold Stone!
