I was very disappointed with the customer service when my order got home i was missing food like my mashed potatoes ? wS changed $30.00 i called the manager told me on the phone to come back so he could give me a refund me my exact items that didn't put in the bag i get there so he can tell me he need the box of chicken back why when u did not put my order right i want my money back i was changed and u all didn't put in the bag ? telling me he was not going to give me my my refund back i ask him for his managers number didn't hive it to me didn't hand the problem right he needs to more training for manager. Customer service. Very poor service i will not go back .
The line was slow as heck, I understand alot of places are very understaffed right now but was waiting 20 minutes in line before my order was even taken. Then when I did get my order all of it was wrong and or missing things I ordered. Did not get a ticket for my order either, so when I went back was given a hard time about my order and what I did and did not order. I will not be stopping at this location anymore.
Close to home so convenient but a lot of people go so by the end of the day usually their chicken is limited try to make it before 4 p.m.
Churches is one of my top family places to go for chicken. We appreciate the fast friendly service each time and especially the family meal special prices. Times are hard and this is still one place that continues to be affordable. ?
Great food. Fast and friendly service. Staff went above and beyond to have a cheerful disposition. Even while swamped they were amazing with their personality and service.
pissed away %50 bucks last night.... They forgot the biscuits, no Jalapenos, no Okra, cold old 10 piece mixed with 2 sides... Gave me 3 sides of mac-n-cheese..
Bacon chicken sandwich. But, no bacon, why is it so hard to get an order right?
Very disappointing, I used the drive through to try a different fried chicken joint. I ordered the family meal with 2 sides, I received extra greasy chicken. And no biscuits. I probably won't make the effort to drive back here any time soon.
Employees on their cell phone and its always at this location that they never have enough chicken cooked !! And they take forever to take your order thru the drive thru.
Everytime i get there they never have spicy chicken. They told us it was too late for them to cook anymore spicy chicken and it was barely 6:30pm. Like come on b if you dont like your job why are you working there!!! Just quit instead. Hit up Popeyes instead. They got some cajun fries
