So we wanted some chicken you can’t go wrong with churches chicken.. some reason this particular location usually has the worst service. It’s not the first time nor the second time. They didn’t get our order right. Chicken was good so that’s good. The cole slaw was bad foul smelled when you opened the lid. Looked like it was sitting there cabbage even had a brown colored. Old cabbage from a bag. When we tried getting the cashiers attention she was on her phone we even honked once and didn’t bother to look up.The other employees were chit chatting. Nothing wrong with a few words with employees about work or what not but when a customer is out there please acknowledge your customer. All we wanted was honey. The biscuits weren’t fresh a bit hard. I assumed sitting in the light. We wanted to give this location another shot from our previous times we visited. It wasn’t busy but it wasn’t dead steady drive thru. They can just double check food and acknowledge their customers.
I have been going to this place many times. It has come to my attention that there has been multiple times where something is missing on my order. So, I check my order most of the time and end up asking for something missing in it. Today I didn't check and yes my large side of bombers were missing, I didn't want to call or drive back for them. I just want their staff NOT to make it mandatory for customers having to check their order. Simply I just want what I paid for without any worries.
Waited in the front after ordering & ended up having to drive back through the drive thru just for them to say our order was ready! Plus, before going I called to ask if they still had the boneless wings & over the phone they said they did. When I get there, they said they didn’t have any! Very disappointing and misleading, would not recommend
Ordered a 24 PC Tender order unfortunately only had spicy but still pretty good, sweet tea was great.
Ok so went Thursday the drive Thu. And oder a 12 piece meal and a coke. Got to the window and gave then my card. Got the receipt and it said 3 piece meal. I said no. I ordered a 12 piece Got it fixed. When I got home with my meal all I had 10 legs and four thighs. No white meat. I've been here 3 times now and this is the second time that I have not got what I wanted.
The food was good, like always, but we got the wrong food. They gave us spicy instead of original AND we didnt get a receipt!! So we couldn't even get our order fixed. We didnt make an issue of it bc the guys aid he was the only one working and we felt bad for him.
The chicken Tenders are the best and so are the honey butter biscuits!
Average on waiting time & food wasn't bad.
Usually have no problem but this time around, the chicken was completely undercooked and when I tried to call, it just kept ringing and ringing. Ended up throwing it in the oven to cook correctly instead of driving the 15 minutes to return it.
His chicken was cold drive-through service was terrible my order was incorrect 3 times
