Always love this place. Have had a few mishaps in the past 3 years but overall my family always has a great experience here.
We've been coming to this chuck e cheese for years now. We've always had a good experience until tonight. It was awful. A lot of the games were either broken or missing item(balls or other needed items) we asked multiple times for help and they said someone would come look. They never did. We are a large family and this is treat, and not something we do often. We were very disappointed in our visit. I am not sure we will return.
Haven't been in 2 years. They definitely raised the price, because of Covid so they could stay in business. Seen employees wiping tables/seats down. Most but not all employees had masks on. Did not see anyone wiping down games, my toddlers hands were black when he finished playing games. Fast in/out service, no waiting. Chuck e cheese came out every hour like usual, which was great! ?
Definitely a fun experience with kids 5 and younger. The all you can play pass is worth it as it allows access to all games within a two hour period. The place was really clean as well.
Very friendly staff, facility was clean and staff cleaned after customers used dining tables. The pizza was really Good!! Plenty of games for kids and young adults. Great experience!
The kids always have a really nice time, and the check out at the door makes me feel more secure than other places.

Very sad place. Waited 5 min to enter with my kids so they can stamp our wrist and no one showed so I just walked in. There was only 1 female working dressed as chuck e and then was my cashier. Very indifferent, no energy, didn't want to be there. Restrooms were wet in certain spots I didn't want to put my kid down. Questionable stains on wall. 1 star literally just for the games and prizes my daughter got.
