Worst service ever!!!! Luis, who I assume is the manager is very rude and unprofessional/ he has an attitude and temper on him, seriously shouldn't be working there!!!! My family and I went and spent $90 dollars, we had a slice of pizza and half of our appetizer, went to play some games with the kids and came back and everything was in the trash, 2 half pizzas, half an appetizer and all 4 drinks gone!!!! We go to the counter to let them know and Luis just kept sending workers to talk to me and finally came and asked rudely whats going on ma'am (I explained everything to him, basically indirectly calls me a liar, saying his clean up crew would't take so much food but, they in fact did and only offered us a pepperoni pizza, very disappointed!!!!!! Incident happened this past Saturday, $90 dollars down the drain.
Ashley is so helpfull with any questions i have and john is awesome with customer service. I love to come early and this group of employees are always cleaning the machines every hour. I like how the games are all working games nothing is broken, bathrooms are clean. Mario is great with telling you the new food items and what combined together makes it a better deal. AWESOME PLACE FOR KIDS.
Avoid this chucky cheese location at all costs! Trust me , do not waste your time or money here. My family and I had a terrible time, the pizza is terrible, wings are super expensive and not worth it. They don’t care to have anyone in the gaming area to clean, or even at least wipe down arcade machines. You would think since there are so many little kids that they would care to disinfect but nope. My husband brought it to the managers attention that we had been waiting for our order for about an hour and he just said same thing as cashiers “15 more minutes”, “ 15 more minutes “ over and over. And once we did get our order pizza was cold. We will not be going back.
The guy name Johnathan, was extremely customer service and best attitude. The place was clean and the salad bar was clean too. We went for lunch and it was awesome since there wasn't any people. Although prices were high I guess overall was great but the price was for 4 was almost $80. Not really a budget place but the workers are awesome and it was worth it. Got tons of tickets and kids were happy, happy to go again.
Had a blast with my family for my daughter's 6th birthday. ? ? Thank you for the hospitality.
Had a wonderful time for my daughter's five year old dinner. The staff was wonderful and welcoming upon entering. They tended to every need. Extra plates, Cate cutter. They offered to take cake into the fridge. It was a weekday so it wasn't very busy. Best part was when chuck came out to dance w the kids. All in all wonderful place for the kids. :)
I am so disappointed with mine and my families experience at this chucky cheese location. If I could give zero stars I would. Management is very rude an inexperienced. We paid for a birthday party and kept waiting for cups and plates, then they would only bring 3-5 at a time. When I had from 10-15 guests waiting. Also don’t even bother buying extra items like wings because by the time they bring them to your table, your 2 hours are practically over. Also be prepared to pay over $35 + for the large order of wings which I was told by BOTH cashiers on the register that the large order was 24 wings But when they brought the wings to us there was only 16 wings! As soon as the employee came to our table I asked about the 8 missing wings and was told that they sell them by weight! They seriously need to train and inform the cashiers better it seemed that no one knew what was going on or how to answer customers questions. This place is very overrated. I can remember great memories from my childhood and going to chucky cheese but that is not the reality now. They have terrible customer service and have lost our business. I will definitely let all my friends, coworkers, neighbors and family to SAVE their money and avoid the hassle by going somewhere else that will be actually be worthit. What a bummer.??
Clean and very nice workers only that several machines were not working and that was the point to go there. food was perfect as always tho
I love Chuck E. Cheese! I've been coming here since I was a kid. Their quality in taste has improved over time. This last visit we decided to try the pepperoni and the Supreme with stuffed crust and it was delicious, so I recommend the stuffed crust if you get a chance. The whole location has a great atmosphere and the selection of games to play is amazing. If you're looking for something fun this would be a great place to try.
As always, loads of fun and good food. My little boys most favorite place ever.
