First of all, the restaurant was immaculately clean. Everywhere. Second, the staff was so very friendly, polite, and helpful. Big smiles from all of them! Then, the salad bar was the best in El Paso. It was all so fresh and cold…scrumptious! The pizza came out hot and cheesy and LOADED with toppings! To top it all off, the play ground, games, and etc. we’re fantastic! Even the adults couldn’t resist enjoying them. My family was there celebrating with my grandson’s graduation party and it was a delightful experience. It was my first visit to Chuck E Cheese and I will most certainly return. Thanks for everything!

I used to love coming here but sadly it has become over priced and you’re only allowed 2 beers. I payed over 100 for 2 kids and now I see why it’s going down. The pizza was cold. I would recommend going to Urban air much better and better bank for your money.
The pizza is better than I remember it. The salad is as iceberg lettuce salad always is. The games are all in working order. It's a mediocre experience but my four year old nephew loves it and that's what matters.
2 hours of unlimited games that's just awesome I got a big family
We had my son's 3rd birthday party and all was ok. It's really expensive, each pizza costing about $17 and the e-tokens are ridiculously priced as well especially for the their selection of out of date and weathered games.
Took my daughter and son for a evening of pizza and games and it was fun. The staff were polite and attentive and what else can anyone ask for right. The pizza was good so was the salad.
Ordered one cheese pizza, 3 drinks and credits to play games for 47.00!!...30 minutes later we received the cardboard pizza. After playing games and receiving tickets, we redeemed the tickets for prizes. The prizes were cheap and did not last 24 hours. This place is not the fun place it used to be that I took my kids to. Now my Grandchildren will never experience the disappointment this has become.
Definitely underappreciated! Great place for kids and family. Lots and lots of games and even able to get photos there. Pizza is fulfilling and tastes amazing!
