Would give zero stars if I could. Called in a to go order And sat outside way past the time it was supposed to be ready. I could see all employees and manager standing around for most part. On top of that they forgot multiple sides for my order and my ribs were dry as dirt. This place has really fell off since Covid. Maybe a new manager would get this place going like it used to. For now skip this chilis
Very pleased with my visit today! From the hostess down to the server. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. Not only that but very clean. The food came out fast and hot! Keep up the good work! This will now be my new go to instead of Applebee's.
My son and I were starving. He had been traveling all day. This time no layovers so he didn't get to grab a bite at the airports. I worked all day skipping a meal intending to take him out for dinner. He and I were not rude. We played guess the phrase on my phone while we waited. The restaurant was neat, clean, not Hussle busy, but had families eating on both sides of the partition. I like tea and enjoy it hot. My son had ice in his tea, mine had none. I hadn't made a special request to not have ice. Although we were both curious, I hadn't seen my son since last year so we brushed it off.The food looked great. Timely manner...My vegetable maintained it's color well Cooke d but tasted as if it was cooked in baking soda. My potatoes must have been boiled in the he same water although it looked like the picture it tasted equally disgusting. The green onion made it more bitter. The steak was pink so, I'm going to say tender. Well cooked. The sauteed mushrooms were raw but mixed in burnt bits of grill scrapping that should have gone in the pit. I paid and carried it out wondering if I could give it to my dog. I think maybe only the steak. My son was hungry but he picked at his food. So I'm guessing his tasted nasty too. I'm only giving one star because it won't let me post unless I hit one. In reality I wouldn't give the star.
I went to this Chile's for the first time since Covid. The place was busy at 3:30 on a Thursday afternoon. I was struck by how much a server can enhance your enjoyment of a meal out. Yes the food comes from the same kitchen; yet if you go to have lunch and sit to the left (near the bar) you may be fortunate to be served by a young woman named Jessica. In terms of service to you the client; Jessica could (or should) be teaching customer service. She is that good. Her smile. Her positive attitude. Her attention to detail will enhance your lunch experience. If you want a fun lunch with good food and great service check it out... (and sit on the left as you enter the restaurant)
2/6/22 @ 6pm Chili's Northeast Trans Mt.NO STARS...This Chili's took forever to sit us down, 1 hour wait after we where told 20 min, there was plenty of tables available. After 45 minutes the hostess set up the tables together and kept us waiting for another 25 minutes. After speaking up several times they kept telling us there's no tables or server's even thou I saw about 6 server's.We spoke to the Manager and the manager did absolutely nothing like she didn't care. Manager had no customer service skills. No apology. No customer service quality at this location. We where lucky we got a good server. Manager has no customer service. Needs to be retrained as well as the hostesses. They also ran out of napkins. They gave us cut off paper towels from the paper towels they use in the restroom. Horrible service, never coming to this place again. I don't recommend this Chili's location. Northeast/ Woodrow Bean/ transmountainOverall do NOT come to this Chili's location, not recommended. Go to another Chili's or Applebees.
Everything was above average. The turn off that was for me and my guest that it was pretty cold. Didn't seem like they had the heater on but had the ceiling fans running. Windows felt like they were letting in cold from outside. So hopefully management takes care of that. Leaving options open on returning next time.
mixed drinks are great. food is great
The service was great.I went when it wasn't busy. I appreciate that even though it was dead, the employees still tag teamed helping out one another while enjoying each other's company and still prioritizing every single customer.
I ordered via door dash pickup. Chili's allowed me to park in their to go spots and they brought me my food. The woman on the phone was super friendly and the was good.
Service was very good food was excellent the best part was actually being able to call head 2 Reserve our table will be back soon
