Service was good and prompt. Server made sure we were well taken care of and alll orders were taken with no hassels or mistakes. Our drink refills were always filled and our food was served quickly. All the food was fresking good... if you haven't tried the southwest egg roll... you need to... We all Enjoyed our dinner. Thank you Chili's for an amazing experience...
Honestly I wouldn't have left this review had everything not gone so downhill after I was given beer in a glass with lip marks. But the level of irritation and dysfunction is so upsetting, especially after the long, sad day we've had. We just wanted a quick bite and a beer so we literally settled for Chili's because they had happy hour. I called in advance to confirm happy hour and, additionally, found the menu on the literal website for this location. So we order food. All apps. Should have raised a red flag to our server if something was off. The beer was upsetting because it took a while to get and the glass was dirty. Whatever, the bartender was nice and gave me a new one. The manager even came over after. But then things just kept getting ridiculous. The silverware wasn't clean. Literally scraping chunks off. The walls, seats and portable tabletop kiosk were covered in filth and specs of food. The food comes out with ranch that's LITERAL WATER. Seriously STOP thinning down your ranch!!! The Texas cheese fries come on a pan that chips off flakes that stick to your food. That's messed up but all the toppings we're missing LOL. I asked for bacon on the side and all they brought out we're fries with melted cheddar (no jalapenos or green onion) COME ON. we were too tired to care so didn't mention it but did ask for the bacon which they forgot to bring out with the fries.... Then we had this whole huge debacle when the bill came. Nothing was at happy hour price that, may I remind you, I not only called to verify and saw the menu on their website to confirm AND my husband ASKED THE SEATER GUY to verify if we had to sit in the bar. He asked *specifically* if we had to sit in the bar (because this was the case the one other time we went to a chili's in MN plus there was space) and the hostess said no it's fine and seated us elsewhere. Turns out he's new, not my problem and I don't care to hear excuses because when I bring it to your attention about the misprinted items, don't come back with a bill where only the beer was priced corrected and act like you don't know anything about food happy hour. Then waste my time while I sit there needing to leave only to come back with everything fixed telling me it's only in the bar. I'm tired and I'm done and I just want to go home. Seriously get it together.
Terrible service - waitress never came back for refills and never brought our requested extra ranch. They messed up 2 of our orders (pepperoni pizza and honey chipotle tenders). Restrooms are so nasty here - paper towel rolls just on the counter (no attempt to actually put them in the paper towel dispenser) so they are soaking wet. This chili's has really hit the dumps
Highly don’t recommend unless you want to eat your food while they take out the restroom trash and walk it down by you while you’re trying to eat. Employees ignored us we had to ask for silverware just to eat. I’ve been to this chilis when it was packed and had better service than tonight with little to no customers there. Only saw our waiter once and that was when he brought us our food.
Every time we have been there always something wrong, went on February 19 around 10ish PM. Had the worst service, server never came to check on us. Orderd chips and salsa, another table recieved there's before we did. Our food came before the chips and salsa. Had to look for server who was sitting up at the bar. Food was cold, I don't recomend this place. Service sucks, don't waste your money.

Service and food over all was fine, only issue was the burger was very greasy. Granted it was two 1/4 pound patties but you could of cut some of that grease off. Solid flavors, and fries were so good I got another order.
It was horrible,They forgot to put the chicken on the trio fajita Plater, so they brought it separately and it was cold,food no taste. We asked for ranch because it supposed to came with the plate, they don't have any.the tortillas were old and cold,Bad service
Well let me tell you... it was quoted about 20 to 40 minute wait, ended up being 16 minutes. They let us know there were no burgers and they were short staffed. Well, we got our drinks and appetizers promptly and when our food came out,it was delicious. Oh,did I mention they brought our kids food asap! What seemed like it was going to be a disaster, ended up being a nice dinner. Props to everyone working that night. Everyone asked if we were ok or needed anything. They worked as a team. Thank you for the great service!
A group of 3 adults and 2 kids. The table was next to a window with a bad draft. Asked to be moved and was told no. It wasn't packed but the service sucked. We got our appetizer with our meal. The kids meals came out last. The 2 burgers we ordered were under cooked even though we asked for well done. One was ordered with no sauce and it was smothered in sauce. Our food got cold very fast with the draft. We got the wrong crispers. The staff never really showed up for refills. The restrooms were disgusting. The only thing good about the visit was how fast we were seated.
