It’s easy to forget how the server impacts the overall customer experience. It is easy to forget how good customer service can fix even the ugliest kitchen mistake, or when the best food can become the worst, due to the lack of customer service. I have always been a 20%+ tipper, I appreciate the server effort way more than I appreciate the food. Our server seemed friendly at first. We specified we wanted our appetizer before our main entree, which my wife and I were sharing (our server was informed of our sharing intention as well). Mistakes can happen and did happen… entree got there first, no appetizer and no extra plates. Then appetizer got there five minutes late with no sides (ranch), no biggie. I understand it can happen, after all, I worked as a server at one of the busiest restaurants during college, BUT what I do not understand is that our server did not attend to us once after taking our order, even when the mistake was done, which she was aware of. I never saw her again after one and a half hours of us sitting in her section. I wanted another beer, I guess I will drink it while writing this awful review. Food was great, beer selection was amazing , service SUCKED! I’d rather have sub-par food with great service… Here we come Applebees!
Stopped here for a quick bite, had the fried cheese curds, which are absolutely delicious.I ordered the waffle battered chicken strips, and again I was not disappointed. Would totally recommend!My girlfriend, ordered the chicken Cesar salad...The chicken, was not fresh. And the dressing. Tasted sour. There was a crunchy pasta noodles in there too. After she sent this back, they apologized, but nothing else. Would not recommend the salad.
Two things I enjoy here: their margaritas and their honey chipotle crispers. They also always have a $5 month margarita and it changes every month. The food is the good, the chips and salsa are so good. Also if you are part of their rewards program, you get free chips and salsa every visit!This chilis has always been a favorite of mine, I’ve never encountered any rude employees or bad service.
Not a fan... I will say the waitress in the bar area for me while I was there was attentive and provided a great service ... I used to love Chili's... Peppercorn Burger was awesome... However, the last few years have not been good for the restaurant... It's a great place to meet and greet with friends... Food presentation is not what I expect though...
Good food but our waitress wasnt very attentive; it honestly felt like she didnt like that she was being given another table to take care of. It took way too long to get refills. At least the food was hot when it was delivered to the table.

My husband, two of his army friends and my kids came here for dinner. We waited almost an hour after ordering for our food! I had ordered the shrimp pasta and after waiting for so long the server brings me chicken pasta. I tell her this isn't what I ordered. We all pretty much filled up on chips and iced tea. The server says she'll fix my order but everyone at my table is finishing their food and I have yet to get my plate. I go to the kitchen and I ask the server why is my pasta taking so long. She says I'll get it when it's ready. She gives me an attitude. I finally get my pasta and it tastes rubbery. My husband said well they usually have to make a new dish. This pasta was just recooked so why did they take so long? Terrible service. My husband and I are never going back. Other chili's but not this one.Also my husband's friends said their meat was overcooked. One of them wanted medium rare meat. My husbands burger was dry too.
I came to this location for lunch with my entire family and we all got severe food poisoning. We are all up throwing up. I will never again eat here. Ever. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
The wait was overall ok, but towards the end the waitress kept asking how outer party was going to pay. We were only 6 people and we said we would use the presto machine to pay since we weren't done, we were still missing our desserts. It was an hour before closing (we had been in the restaurant for about an hour) and she asked three times how we would like to pay. I understand that she was probably eager to leave, but I don't understand why she started asking an hour before they closed.
Sneaky ghost restaurant Maggiano's Italian Classics by Doordash. Exact same address with no phone number or Google reviews. I ordered from here tonight not knowing it was Chili's and received the most disgusting food I've ever been served. I ordered a Greek salad... everything was missing that was advertised in a Greek Salad...the dressing looked cloudy and questionable. I ordered the entree of the crab and shrimp Alfredo pasta and not only was there no crab, but the shrimp smelled rotten. I also ordered a drink and a cherry pie....food went in the trash/down the drain. Food was cold, rotten and not sealed properly. Definitely avoid at all costs. I want my money back.
