WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE OLD LADY IN THE DRIVE THROUGH!I used to go to chick fil a once a week, but every time that I go and ask for more sauces, the old lady that is giving the orders in the drive through gives me attitude and refuses to give me more sauces even after I ask if I could pay for them.To be honest I’m never buying chick fil a at that location just so I won’t deal with that lady’s attitude
Asked for a #5 with bacon and tomato. After repeating the order to the worker several times got a biscuit with tomato bacon but no egg. Morning shift appears to need more training. The chic fil a on Mesa has better service. Go there.
Every time I come to this chick fil a they forget something for my order. Every single time. It is so upsetting. I never have time to turn around to get it fixed. Today they forgot the dressing to my salad. Never going back to this location.
6/23/22 The workers here are nice and I can tell they enjoy their job. However I have never experienced such long wait times at a Chik-Fil-A in my life, every time I attend this location at any time of day it feels like an eternity. The food is good nonetheless and the workers are great, not to sure what’s going on. Updating this 10 minutes after posting my initial review. Called and spoke to a manager and asked for a form they forgot to provide for me, I waited 10 minutes and saw multiple workers going in and out giving people their orders. I never got my fork.
Our go to chick fil a! Always clean and greeted as soon as you enter! Food is great!

Great sandwiches, service is fast and friendly. My son loves their chicken and I enjoy their breakfast. Place is immaculate, super clean and all the tables are sanitized after each customer.
Very well oiled machine. I went on a Friday lunch and there were 14 cars in the drive thru. They had 3 people outside taking orders and payments and one person outside delivering food to cars. They were extremely organized and efficient. Got my food within 8-10 min. Plus our order was 100% accurate and tastey! Great job Chicfila!
I asked for a tortilla soup and I received a veggie purée ? I the first time this happens to me.
