We stopped on a road trip and and did not have a wonderful experience ordering with the blonde girl at the counter. But Lettie turned our whole visit around. She's a wonderful person who has a warm heart and you are lucky to have her on your team.
We have been at this restaurant several times before and we like it cause it was clean and the employees were very friendly and courteous. Not today . The electronic trash cans were full, trash was on the floor, all the available tables were dirty, with food and trash left on them. Very disappointed on this visit .
Usually go to the North Hills Crossing location but my husband and I ended up here since we were running errands. We were in the drive-thru for about 20 minutes and then when we finally get up to the window to pay, they tell us we need to park because the food wasn’t ready. I get being busy but then we spend another 20 minutes sitting in the car waiting for our food, until my husband decided enough was enough and went in to request a refund and we left. People in the drive-thru seem to refuse to go down the line to take orders and will turn their backs to you and stand there waiting until you get to them, which didn’t help the process go any faster. Wouldn’t come back to this location, they don’t seem to care, which caught us off guard due to the standard that’s held at most other locations.
Chick-fil-A!!!! Why ask us what kind of sauces we want if you are not going to put them in the bag!! Not one ketchup or sauce! You all are turning into a McDonald’s #ruinedourmeal
First off I pulled up and the ppl standing to take orders in the drive-thru made me feel like I showed up at the wrong place. Then I gave my name and was told to pull up. Minutes later I was then told what I ordered they didn't have and to look at the menu as I asked what comes on the salad. I ignored it because I didn't want the food I already didn't want messed up. So no longer placing an order online. The drive-thru experience was terrible and I rather skip this location.
First time trying to go to this location and instantly regretted it. The drive threw went so slow. I finally get to the window they ask me to pull to the side and wait for my food. They bring me my order and of course im missing condiments/napkins . So i have to walk back inside and ask for them after i had placed my order pretty specific twice. Then i get home and my order wasn’t even correct. There was never an apology when i had to step into the store. Literally the most un organized chik fil a iv been to!
I try to avoid this chick fil a for breakfast as much as possible because Without fail, they always send me to park when ordering 2 items in the drive thru, no other Chick fil a does this as consistently as here. Last 4 morning visits have all sent me to park from the drive thru with nobody else in line.
BIGPAKE says DAMN; NO better chicken sandwhich in da whole world (fast food style). It's moist, crunchy and the bun they use matches so great. The nuggets are the best I have ever had and you can choose from 5 different sauces ...I recommend the Chic-fil-A sauce myself but get a few and find what you like best.
My son and I usually eat at the one in North hills but since we were close to the one on airway we decided to go eat there for a change. BIG MISTAKE! My son and I got in line to order and when we finally got to the front we were received by what appeared to be one of the managers to this location. Her name is CASSIE. She took our order but with a VERY NEGATIVE attitude. Just as an example, I ordered the number 8 meal but she only asked what I wanted to drink. Didn't ask if I wanted regular or large fries. Didn't even mention them. So I opened my mouth to ask if it came with fries and her response was "all our meals come with fries!" In a negative tone and with a look on her face as if I annoyed her by even asking. I thought I was imaging the whole negative attitude and didn't say anything as we finished ordering and walked away my son asked me "Did we do something to her dad?" That's when I knew it wasn't my imagination. I didn't know for sure if she was a manager but I asked one of the girls that was walking around the restaurant cleaning if I could speak to the main manager. She went behind the counter to find out who the manager was for me. She came back and told me that the manger was "CASSIE" . So as I suspected she was the one that treated my son and I with such a negative attitude. So I asked the other worker to get me a different manger. She did and I explained the situation. She apologized for that but I feel like in the end nothing was really done. That woman has no business working in a place like that. If she is having a bad day, or whatever her personal issues, you don't take it out on your customers. By contrast the one at North hills gets 5 stars all day. I will NEVER come back to the one on airway EVER again. I'd rather drive the extra distance and go to the one in North hills.
Service and food are always on point. I was just a bit disappointed that at 9:30 am the women's restroom needed attention. This one and all.the others are usually very clean from restroom to dining room. But we will still be back! We appreciate them showing up each day❤
