Was waiting in line in front of a cash register for about 5 minutes. At least 3 employees saw us and completely blew us off. I even made eye contact with one of the employees and still did not acknowledge us. It was not until a 4th employee came out from the back that they finally acknowledged us and took our order. Very bad service, will probably not return to this location.
This location is the worst. I usually do not give negative reviews based on an occasional negative personal experience but at this location each visit ties to a negative experience. I have been to several Chick fil a locations across different states and I have always loved the professionalism, promptness, care, and friendliness of the staff. However, at this location I cannot find the same positive experience even after several tries. To start with, in the the drive through it generally takes 30-45 min to get ones order. Next, the staff does not seem as motivated and friendly than at other locations. On top of the extended wait time, the last few weeks every order is wrong or missing something. Due to this location not offering curbside pick up anymore, although the sign in the stalls are still there, I have also picked up orders inside. Everything seems very unorganized and filthy. The sauce, ketchup, and straw trays are usually empty and lack care and cleanliness. Also, during in store pick up, I have often seen customers having received their food order and often wait about 10 min more for their drinks while their food is getting cold and stale. This location reflects a no care attitude and minimal effort in providing the best customer experience possible.
Sometimes, not having the condiments will ruin an entire meal. One of the things that use to set Chic-fil-A apart from other fast food restaurants, is that they always use to get the entire order correct, including condiments. Why ask me what condiments if you're not going to follow instructions. I guess I need to check my bag before I drive away like I do with every fast food restaurant nowadays... ?
By far the SLOWEST Chick-Fil-A there is. I’ve lived in 7 different states and have been eating chick-fil-a for at least 20 years and have never seen one this consistently slow EVER! Each time is a 30 min visit in the drive thru and they don’t offer curbside even tho the signs are in the parking lot. So if you can’t get out of your car, prepare to wait 30 min in the drive thru. Every time! I’m used to Chick-Fil-a always being busy, but never this slow!! In most cities they have folks outside to take orders when the lines are long to expedite the process. Don’t expect that at this one. (And don’t blame it on the heat cause Las Vegas makes it happen rain, sleet, snow or hell) But here is the worst every time! I think this will be what I do every time I have to endure in this disrespectful wait.
I used to enjoy coming here from time to time but this time around I was disappointed. We never got approached after we sat down to check if we needed anything so no refills on our drinks. The fries were barely cooked and lifeless at the time of their arrival. The soda I did get was flat. It's also very loud and the tables were dirty. I'm gonna pass in the future and make better choices for a quick bite.
I have always loved this place. Today gave me a new insight. We dined in and sat facing where all the employees work. I was in awe at how each employee knew what their job was. There was not one employee on their phone or just standing around. They all worked together and it was so awesome to see. Employees who just got back from deliveries offering help to people waiting for their orders and managers working just as hard. I was truly impressed and just wanted to say great awesome job to all the staff.
Food is good and the staff were patient. We rarely eat at Chick-fil-A so we needed a moment with the menu. We weren't rushed. Thank you for your patience.
We ordered here for my son's school fundraiser! Silly husband, ordered from the closer one and tried to call to cancel and NO ONE ANSWERED from the OTHER store! The manager here went above and beyond to not only contact the other store but get our order placed here AND make sure our drinks were labeled since I have an allergy to Caramel Coloring! THIS IS THE CHIK FIL A TO GO TO IN EL PASO! Even when I've been here and they are low on staff, they have been cheerful and helpful! They always go above what's needed and in a happy disposition! Thank you for such AMAZING service!
Great food and great friendly service, just takes a good 30-40 minutes to get the food through drive thru. Not a good choice if you're time constricted.
The customer service in this establishment is first rate and they are on point with their orders. This is the place to go to get your chicken sandwich fixed. Wish they had more of a variety.
