Our family loves going to Chick-fil-A. We just moved to El Paso and we wanted to get our usual order. I ordered two 12 chicken nugget meals with Chick-fil-A sauce for my son and I. However, his order only had 6 pieces and 4 tiny crumbs. I got only 9 in my box. For the sauce, we got (we didn’t event order) Buffalo and an unnecessary amount of ranch, and zero Chick-fil-A sauce. I’ve always known Chick-fil-A for their excellent customer service and outstanding food. This was a disappointment. We were the only customers at the drive thru during lunch time.Will I return to Chick-fil-A? Yes. Just not this location.
Had a chicken sandwich and it was delicious! Always a lot of customers so we went a little early and avoided the long lines.
The service at Chick fila on Zaragoza next to the Super Walmart is getting lousy. Orders are incorrect. Often times the drinks are sticky and dripping with soda. I have watched the workers stuff things in the trash and afterwards handle the food without washing their hands ir replacing their gloves. Don’t eat here!
Great food. Service is great just hate how backed up it is to get in and out of the place. 7/10. There's only like one way in or out so it makes everything alittle harder when leaving or entering during rush hours.
I just want to start off by saying I LOVE chikfila but it’s crazy because aside from the delicious food the customer service is amazing (normally) BUT .. BUT… customer service really makes it or breaks it for me…. Last night I went through drive-thru around 8 pm, I asked for light ice on my drink and I guess they forgot and filled my drink up with a lot of ice, (which is no big deal) but there was a girl working the drive thru window, I’m not sure if she was manager since she was wearing grey, but I NICELY told her they accidentally put alot of ice when I asked for light ice, and she got SO bothered… she sighed out loud and rolled her eyes at me. It was super uncomfortable because it wasn’t my fault. I felt as if she was soooo bothered because she had to fix my drink. She didn’t even say sorry about that didn’t say goodbye nothing she just rudely exchanged my drink while having an attitude.. Customer service goes a long way people, I don’t wanna go back to this location because of her rudeness.
Service and people were great , quick, and courteous. It was my first time at Chick-fil-A and I disliked it (didn't live up to the hype) . I STILL gave the establishment 5 starts because everything was great , amount of sauces , food temp, got exactly what I ordered but I just didn't like it. The Polynesian Sauce is fyyee though !

Ordered on the app with a time for the food to be delivered, only for the food to arrive 40 minutes later and have supervisor Jesus give me the explanation of not having enough employees to deliver food on time. As a consumer I really don't care for how the company operates since I am a paying customer and your app is giving me a time of delivery, offering a quick refund is always a quick fix for a mistake in delivering good customer service but not every customer is in desperate mood of getting their money back. Bad customer service, poor delivery methods,and the worse part is the excuse. Won't trust your times at the zaragosa location anymore.
I ordered delivery and it took more than an hour so I called them and they said TWICE “oh the order is on it’s way”. Called again and they said a completely different story. “It didn’t go through but my manager just authorized me to make it. It’s on its way. CALLED AGAIN and they told me I could cancel the order on the app but that disappeared so I couldn’t. My husband had to go and they told them they couldn’t give the money back since “it didn’t go through”… WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
Everything is always good when you serve Jesus chicken with a positive attitude and you show people the proper respect! ❤
