I hate giving 0 start reviews but we ordered through their delivery app and the order took accepted my money but never moved past “order has been created.” When I tried to call to rectify the issue no one answered the phone.To me that says I don’t care about my customers. Shame on you chick fil a.

The people who work here are Extremely nice. They are very patient when when they are taking orders. They also ask if you're named for your order. And they always call you by your name as you drive up to the window to receive your order.
Cashier helped the customer in front of me. When I stepped up next in line I was ignored. I figured she was just busy. After other cashiers helped customers behind me she finally looked up and said o you’re have to go to another line and walked off. Not something I thought I’d ever experience at a chick fil a. The cashier that did help me was very professional even though I was clearly upset at that point.
