My husband and I tried to go here for lunch today. When we got there after the posted opening time it was still closed. So we decided to walk around for a bit and come back. We returned 30 minutes later and it was still closed. We were standing right outside the restaurant at this time when an employee walked out the front door, looked right at us, didn’t acknowledge us and got into his car and drove away.
I wouldn't waste my time with these clowns when one can get a much better meal next door at The House of Pizza. I don't like how these guys approached me acting all tough when I just trying to be nice. I would never eat here and I recommend you do not either.
The best place I’ve eaten at in El Paso. THE FOOD FROM THIS RESTAURANT CAN PART THE FREAKING SEA
We went to Cheezus for lunch with some friends. Never been there before. Off the bat, the location is awesome. They have some nice local artist pieces up on their walls. The staff was great. They quickly cleaned the tables as people left and made sure to greet people as they walked in. Really makes you feel welcome. We sat down and our beverage order was taken soon after. The menu is great. They have these awesome grilled cheese creations. If you are worried about a healthy selection, they have some good salads too and even a vegan option. I ordered the Philly cheese steak. IT. WAS. AWESOME. The house queso is really good and it tied the peppers and meat very well. I know that I get tired of same old burgers or the same old taco place. Cheezus is perfect for when you’re wanting a delicious, cheesy, juicy and meaty sandwich. It is officially one of my fave down town spots.
This was truly a fun and interesting dining experience! The decor of the restaurant is very eye catching and when I arrived, U was greeted and treated very nicely. I was told that there was changes being done to the menu and I opted to try their new Mexicano, which was their take on a Cubano. The Swiss cheese on the sandwich was delicious along with juicy pickles and the carnitas on it gave it a very distinct and memorable difference from a regular Cubano. All in all sandwich was amazing and served at the perfect temperature alongside with a mountain of fries and a savory Mexican Coke. Ohhhh and their salsa in the side should be taken with caution as it truly brought the heat! The prices were a bit high but I understand with it being more of a sit down restaurant as well as not being a chain restaurant. Definitely recommend.
We tried this restaurant, a super cute venue for-sure. The food wasn’t anything close to being amazing. We ordered the Philly cheese steak that was at the very least mediocre, very oily and way salty. I think we spent $70, something to be paid at a much more profound eatery.

Went for lunch with a medium group of friends and everyone left quite happy that we picked Cheezus!! I had the Fancy Pants with Gouda and fig jam and it was such a delicious combination of flavors
Fantastic place!! Food was delicious and customer service was superb!!
We got the Fancy Pants Grill Cheese, Discada, and Old School Mac n'Cheese. The Grill Cheese was amazing, the caramelized onions with the fig jam hits just the spot (finished before I remember to take a picture). Wish the Macs were a little more cheesy, but overall were really good.
