Everything tasted very good. The waitress was excellent; couldn't be better. The prices were good. I got a juicy 16 ounce T-Bone with two delicious sides for only $19.99.The restroom was clean. The music wasn't blasting out the walls.I don't like a noise restaurant but I understood that it was crowded. However, the person bussing the table next to us made a long, unnecessary racket with the plates. I wish restaurants understood that all that noise makes the experience a bit negative.Good place to eat.
So awesome food! A must go. Also super nice service. Got our food and drinks under 5 minute after order.
We were a big party and we received great service. Our waiter was on task and very friendly. Food was delicious. Definitely recommend for lunch, at dinner time it's very crowded, loud and the wait can get long.
The past couple of times I have ordered the buffalo chicken wrapper as a takeout, this is one of my favorite items on the menu. I also ended up ordering the spinach dip, but for some reason doesn't taste as good as when you order it in the restaurantas well as the amount they put in. It had nothing to do with temperature, that I could understand since you're ordering it as take out. It seemed to lack taste. Everything else was fine and regardless I still look forward to coming here.
Only one issue that was quickly resolved.12oz sirloin was a perfect med. Rare.Wife had the mesquite grilled chicken and it was juicy and delicious. I need to come back more often. Server brought out my toddlers food first!!! My hero!! Thanks my server Alex.
Cheddar's used to be one of my favorite places to go to. The ambience is loud, as is with most restaurants, but its a fun environment. There is a lot of movement, which is also typical with how it has always been. The servers are nice but now more so, forgetful with a lot. It seems like every time I go now, something is either not on the menu, currently not being served, or is in limited supply. I understand scratch kitchens are making everything from "scratch" as their name implies, but their waits are always crazy long, food takes forever to come out, and I always end up having to substitute my choice of sides because they are, as I mentioned, out or currently don't have it. The food quality has also gone down. I understand that the pandemic has caused a lot of changes to occur, however when did sacrificing quality over quantity become a flag for this place? I took my family a couple weeks ago, right after Christmas and the ribs were not fall off the bone as they used to be and as the waiter claimed them to be. Not to mention, their iconic chicken strips were not even completely tossed in buffalo sauce like we asked. The breading was practically missing from the chicken. Anyways, I guess when you're hungry, you're hungry, but for the price they are charging, I think management needs to reconsider the quality of their products and the performance of their cooks and staff. I am not usually this critical with my postings, but it is just disappointing when somewhere we used to enjoy going to as a treat, especially for the price, has become simply a typical food chain and not a "treat" for food made from scratch. I hope to return soon expecting some change and improvement, but it might be a while before I reconsider. Let's hope my cravings for their butter croissants can be the nudge I need to go back soon.
Entered restaurant, the hostess had some sort of issue discussion with a customer, I stood there patiently for several minutes waiting for what seemed like a never ending conversation while 4 of the staff just stood there talking to each other with no one taking the initiative to help the hostess, like she's the only one who can sit customer's...I finally just walked into the bar area and grabbed a booth...Ordered the New Orleans Pasta dish...food had hot & cold spots, obviously a frozen pre-bagged meal that was microwave'd. The sausage was consistent in color meaning it did not see a griddle or cooking pan & what chicken chunks were in it looked like pieces that were scrap. The shrimp still had it's hard tails and should have been fully shelled first. Don't know if I'm going back.
Sadly they are not what they used to be. Less than half the menu...no onion rings anymore. Sat at bar & bartender who served us was really good. Food was fair. New pain killer drink is awesome!
I just finished having dinner with my family(table of 6) and our server Victoria was amazing! She was very attentive to our table as well as her other tables. She never let our cups get empty and she even remembered everything asked for down to extra napkins. Definitely recommend and the food was great!
The food is really good, and the service was great! ? I would definitely come back again? I love how beautiful inside looks.
