Was not busy, great for an early lunch. My fajitas were very flavorful and tender. They give you chips and salsa on the table. Staff was friendly and keep my drink full. They didn't have the sweetener I wanted for my tea but that's my preference.
The food was so good that I got full after only eating a little. The horchata tasted amazing but the lemonade was a little too sour for my taste, luckily they had sugar on the table to set it how you like.
Was not what it used to be before Covid. Chile relleno was NOT roasted prior to cooking, making it hard to cut or enjoy. Ordered chocolate cake and it was quite dry. Also ordered sopapillas which was yet another disappointment, tasted half cooked, not fluffy and extremely small in size. The only item that was tasty was the ceviche tostadas, full of flavor.
The food here is always excellent. The service in this particular case was poor. I don't know if the waitress had a bad day or wasn't feeling well but that shouldn't be my problem. She was irritated by my asking about alternatives to the items on the menu. The place was relatively empty so she definitely wasn't pressed for time. It was just a bad attitude. Again the food here has always been good and usually the service is too
Wanted to try out a new and different Mexican restaurant, the smell of sewer hit us from the outside. Inside it was strong, trying to figure out why there were still there with the strong sewer smell. We left without ordering. The bad smell was too much!
It was satisfying the waiter who took our orders was awesome, he was fast clean ,had a very good attitude, and u can tell that he loved his job just in the way he was with every table that he took there orders ,to bad not every where you go do you run into someone with so much positive, good ,outgoing personality, and with such good attitude and that does his o hers job well and that you know that there just not working cuz they need to but as well cuz they love and enjoy there job !!!!???
This is not the first time we’ve been here and I don’t even know why we came back. A couple months ago I took my grandmother to out to eat and she wanted something Mexican we came here and the service was horrible actually it was non existent we were told to sit ourselves, we did we waited about 15 mins no server came over my grandma went to ask the front and they told her someone would be with us. About 15 more minutes passed no one came we got up and left. Not one server or anyone from the staff seemed to care or even move to try and help the other tables. Today we decided to try again but once again it was the same, no service was offered while we waited about 40 mins if not more before leaving again. Never again will we go back, if they don’t need the business that’s fine then close the restaurant don’t have people sitting waiting for the rude staff to never even give menus! Worst Mexican place in El Paso
Their lunch special is great. Under 10.00$ for appetizer, dish and dessert. The staff has been kind every time and the food has always been good. The drinks are served in glass jars which is different.Good place to have dinner at.
4 stars because the service is off and on, not consistent. The food is delicious and served cold sometimes. Flavor is good though. I hope the owners step up address the food time and the service(servers)
Would give a better review but waiter gave my table the wrong plate and then gave the other table our food. Mistake was corrected by the other table. Food was good, Burger bread was soaked in grease and soggy. I've had better service in the past.
