My wife and I have been long time patrons of Village Inn so we were intested in trying out Butter Smith. Nothing has really changed. Same great food. Same great service. Sane clean dining room and restrooms. Our waiter, Erik was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu. He told us he is joining the Navy. Best of luck.
First time coming here with family celebrating my job official job promotion and the waitress had to clean our table. Our food is ok but it's half half meaning half raw and half over cooked. The fries are way to salty and our drinks turn water down while we wait for our food. And if you order a burger, there is a big bulk of cream cheese just sitting on top of everything. When you take a bite it's all cream chesse mostly. The cream cheese takes most of the burger flavor. We didn't have our waitress come to our table to see how things are. She only came to our table when we wanted to order some desert...not very impressedUpdate- going from 2 stars to 1. The pie I got was more whipped cream then actual pie and the key lime pie didn't really taste all that good so I'm really disappointed
Ate here for the first time since it became Butter Smith! The food was just as delicious, if not more so, and my server Louise was superb. Very attentive, charismatic, and fast. Excellent service, I would come back again just to be served by her.
From northeast NJ/NY and the food here is the best breakfast I have had down here in El Paso staff is very professional and a well too decor homely Mediterranean feel...
I went here yesterday with my Dad after church to have coffee and dessert. The waitress was very Kind and attentive. She gave Mr her name that I might have a good review. Not so that I would actually do it. But of course it's a competition. Therefore the young Lady Louise, I hope you do well in your competition. You're a great waitress and very sweet person. Good luck.
Went here for brunch, it was packed but our waitress Louise didn’t miss a step, was very attentive, kept our drinks filled and made sure we were satisfied. The food was amazing, we had the margarita grilled cheese and the Cali skillet. Both we do good we finished every bite. Will be coming back!
They remodel the place and it looks great! Breakfast was fantastic and our waitress was wonderful. We did had to wait for our food but I'm not complaining because we did go on a Sunday morning but everything from that I will definitely go back.
For $14 I got a menudo and coffee, not bad at all. That being said, coffee didn't get refilled and they missed my order of crepes. The menudo was good, too bad I had to ask for the toppings since they served it to me without the pepper flakes, oregano, or limes.Overall not a bad experience, just not the best.
I have nothing bad to say about this establishment. The fact that they added a full bar is absolutely amazing. Up until now, we had to go to the east or west side to enjoy Mimosas with brunch. Now we have them right here in the Northeast and they never miss! The service is always amazing, the food is always out quick, and I have not had a negative experience here yet.
Went in for breakfast on a whim....service was wonderful! From the hostess to our waiter. Coffee was fresh, hot and not bitter at all. Food was great as well (we had eggs, hashbrowns, bacon and toast) and by looking at other tables they enjoyed theirs food as well.
