Everything was okay until… me and my husband wanted a beer to start. Guess what if you don’t have an id they won’t serve you any alcoholic beverages!! Even if they can tell you’re over 60 hahaha!!
This location is absolutely horrible. It’s not clean the host and other staff was rude. Asked for a manager and they never came. Finally gave up on the manager after waiting 20 min. When we walked in there was about five people who walked in right before us and they were sat right away. When the host finally came back we were told it was a 45 min. wait. There were open tables everywhere hardly any car in the parking lot, and several wait staff. There was no reason for a 45 min. wait. We had not been in a long time and were really excited to enjoy, but with this experience I will never be back. 3.9 rating is generous for this place. Do yourself a favor save yourself time and money and go somewhere else. I have a good influence in this town and everyone I know will know not to go to this location on gateway. It would be good for Buffalo Wild Wings is the fired this staff and closed this location. Maybe something worth going to would come. The worse restaurant in town.
Hello, today is 4.28.22. My Son invited me to lunch today, it was approximately 1:30 p.m..Not too busy, very comfortable. Music was not too loud, were able to have a conversation. T.V.s were on, volume was not too loud(my opinion, just right).Our Waitress was Susie. She provided water and flatware. She was friendly, professional and courteous.Suzie, took our drink and food order. Service was a tad slow, but she made up for it, with her Great Service and constant smile.Food was well presented, hot and very tasty! Especially the Onion Rings.Quick mention, restrooms were clean and stocked.I usually cook at home, so this was a nice treat! Of course, being with my Son, only elevated my experience! Will be back.Thank You
manager can't even use the rewards to use. they send u a link to pay ur own bill. horrible service
We ordered curbside. When we got to the restaurant we parked at curbside parking and texted to let them know we were there and received a text saying our order would be on its way out to us shortly. After waiting 5 minutes we see the person parked next to us get out and walk inside to get their order. I hoped maybe he was being impatient. We waited 20+ minutes and my husband decided to go inside to get our order. The bag was just sitting there on the counter. Not really sure why they offer curbside pickup if they don't actually do it. We have no issue going into the restaurant to get our food. It just would have been nice to know before hand that they don't do it so we didn't waste our time. The food was not great. They barely gave any fries which were cold and extremely hard, probably from just sitting on the counter. Definitely will not go back to this location. The next time we want buffalo wild wings we will drive to the one all the way across town even though this one is much closer!
Ordered delivery and chicken was not fresh and fries hard and stuck together. Nearly broke a tooth on the fries. Threw on the trash. Don't blame the driver because it was delivered quick.
Good service, food, and nice environment. My wings weren't super hot, but my fries were. I went on a fight night, which isn't an excuse for bringing out food on the colder side, but understandable. I was thankful I was able to get a table on such a busy evening. I will be back for another visit for a proper review, I still enjoyed my food, I am a BWW fan.
If you are not at the bar top, you can pretty much guarantee extra slow service and food wait. Even when the place is empty. Wings are usually dried out to dust and barely have any meat on them. You are pretty much eating Chicharrón with some sauce. Only reason I come back is because of the flavor of sauces, but I keep coming back with false hope..... A lot.
2-6-22We placed an order for pickup and had an estimated pickup time of like 45 min later. After an hour we showed up, young lady told me the order was 10 min behind, no problem. I waited 10, then asked again, not ready. Fine, it happens so I wait another 10, 20, 30. At this point I'm just gonna get my money back. While waiting in the lobby, I notice the kitchen door swing open, I was pretty shocked, the floor was so gross. We counted at least 5 wings scattered in the kitchen, and a bunch of what looked like napkins or something littered around, IN THE KITCHEN. This was like 3 ft of visible kitchen, i wonder how gross the rest was. Just a matter of time b4 someone gets hurt or sick. If you're gonna serve food, don't be gross. Never going to this hazard again
Food and atmosphere is great ?. Unfortunately as for the service received by waitress named Megan. She was not at all attentive. She would just walk by your our table while awaiting for acknowledgement unacceptable service. Luckily the food made up for the unacceptable service. It seems like management doesn't acknowledge these things since obviously wait staff Is rare to come back since nobody wants to work nowt hese days.
