The fries were cold and stale like they were old and the wings were not good at all. I really should call management and complain. Super disappointing considering we paid $20 for just the one meal.We picked the food up rather than dining in. Maybe the food was prepared sooner than our pick up time and that’s why it tasted old.The food went in the trash.Again, really disappointed. Won’t be going back.

I ordered the half bone in and half boneless and the Waiter okay everything and when I got the food it was all bone in. I asked her about it and she said oh no we don't do that, but it was on the menu... and why dint she clarify that at the time of ordering??? I ordered a dry rub and the wings were laying on top of half a cup of seasoning..... smh I won't be going there again.
This is the first time I've left BDub's not angry. My burger was medium well, just like I like it, and not paper thin the way it seems to be fashionable in El Paso. As always, the portions were generous and the fries were hot and crisp, as were the wings.
Restaurant is really clean. The food is amazing, if you're really in for a kick try the blazing wing challenge. Excellent service really nice and friendly servers. Chicken sandwiches are also very good. Establishment does serve alcohol.
Previous 5 star restaurant. But now, I reduced stars to 1.Here is my experience. The receptionist was kind and good. That was about it.The server was no where to be found after serving dish. No plates, napkins, silverware were given when the initial order of wings came. For 20 min, we were putting bones on the table. Was wings good as usual? NO! It seemed it was cooked at least 20min ago and only slightly warm inside. All of food that we were ordered seems not cooked and served right away but left there at least 20~30min, waiting to be served. The server only came when foods were served and when we are about to leave. It looks like they really care for the tips but NOT serving.Usually, I gave 5 star for BWW, but not this time. I was extremely furious and I do not think I will go for a while with my own free will unless somebody set up an appointment at that joint and I have no choice but to go.Pleased rebuild my trust again, because I love your restaurant.
Quite possibly in the worst wing dinners I've ever had. Service was abysmal and it wasn't even crowded(probably less than 20% capacity). There was no hostess and with there limited capacity, one would assume that being seated would be fairly easy. We waited 15 minutes before being seated with nobody else waiting and with hardly anyone in the restaurant. The food items were supposedly brought out as they were finished in the kitchen but multiple plates still came out cold. The food for our infant was supposed to be the first thing or of the kitchen but it came out about 25 minutes after the first plate. This was a fail across the board from the ghost hostess, the lack of service and cold food... Would not recommend, never going back.
The past two times I ordered my wings for pickup, they were very dry, small, and hard. Maybe because I'm ordering late at night before they close? Not sure, but for the price of ten wings it's disappointing.
Do not order online. You cannot cancel change or even call in to update your order. I have been here often sad that you can’t even get customer service anymore. I placed order online 1 1/2 before pickup never on time. Hope they get better.
